^ i agree, actually. i'm hoping for spain vs germany final (for fangirly reasons), but spain's games aren't particularly entertaining for me to watch, pass-pass-pass-pass-pass-zzzzzz. germany would deserve to win.

i'm quite enjoying portugual's games, too.

Honestly, I was so devastated when Portugal lost against Spain because it reminded me of the world cup. Ugh, it was frustrating.

Now it's Spain vs. Italy, and all we can do is watch and see what happens.
    I'm excited.

    @ shadow and rhyme.
Haha yeah, because of Ramos right? ;) Tbh, I never really thought Ramos was attractive until he cut his hair and I was all like, "Wowza."

Haha, the new cut suits him! I hope he keeps it that way, so much better than the awful headband.

    ------

Anyway, I was so sad when Germany lost to Italy. Ugh, I didn't expect that at all. They always seem to thrash the opponent in the earlier stages and totally stuff up in the latter stages :(

Despite the fact that Italy beat Germany, I'm rooting for Italy to beat Spain. Spain keeps winning everything.

^ I agree. I'm miffed that Spain keeps winning.

I think I'm rooting for Spain even if I'm miffed off at them, but it might be because I'm half Spanish, which might not be a good reason, but eh.

I'm a little nervous because either team could win.

@the power of justice: am I so obvious? XD no, but yeah, Sergio and San Iker are the fangirly reasons. pretty much. Xabi, too and Arbeola. (okay, I just like Real Madrid and its players.) so I'm kind of torn because I want them to win but at the same time, if they keep playing the way they did (which they will and which I don't enjoy watching), I wish other team would win. but then again, I don't like Italy.

    tl;dr: I'm a horrible fangirl.

    PS: I LOVE headbands.

And Spain won. Most people said Italy would win, but that wasn't the case.
I'm quite content with Spain winning.

i'm content too. for the game they played this match, spain wouldn't have deserved anything but the victory.

i'm humming "campeones campeones ole ole ole" the whole day, someone get it out of my brain.

XD i always like it when the small (and generally maybe not so good) clubs beat these huge and famous clubs (except when anyone beats real madrid, but that's another story). it makes football so much more interesting!

Haha, I agree. I'm pretty much open for any big team to get beat except United, because I die inside at all the jokes that are to come. x]

    --------

Ronaldo's unhappy at Real? And he says it's not because he's angling for a new contract/more money, so I wonder what it could be. Won't lie, I'll probably jump for joy if he wanted to return to United. :D

ah. Cris said he was sad and that's why he didn't celebrate the goals, and then he said it was something to do with professional life, not personal. and that was all. then media went and started this talk about how he wants to leave and how he wants more money and basically twisted his words. i mean, in the end he is the one who knows how he meant it, but i hate this hysteria around the words. it's like he's a machine, not a human being who is allowed to feel emotions.

    also he posted this yesterday;
    Image

i hope he stays, of course.

Haha yep, Ronaldo scored for Real against City and he celebrated and stuff so it looks like he's staying. *sigh* I'm happy that he's following his dream about wanting t play for Real, I would still take him back at United in a heartbeat though. :P

AND HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AT CITY LOSING. LOL. Ronaldo showed them by scoring the winner in the dying moments! Love it.

    -------

On another note, United better win today. Or I'll be pissed. Fingers crossed, Galatasaray is always a hard game.

I have played football, since the age of six and I am still playing.
I would not know how to live without it.
The competition, friendsship and being a part of something are the best. I love it!!
