I think I'd loose weight more easily if I lived alone, and made my own meals, because then I'd be in control of how much I actually need to eat, rather than want. I always feel obliged to eat whats on my plate :/

- Like, if I make dinner I'll make half of what I usually eat and then I sit around wishing there was more even though I know I'm not hungry.
At home my mum always makes huge dinners, and if I start leaving half of it she gets all paranoid that I'm not eating. She doesn't believe in dieting or anything like that ( "You're fine the way you are!" )
