There's this girl at school who is convinced she's a vampire.
    It's really stupid and annoying.
She goes around feeling up peoples necks and stuff omgno:
And then she got into major trouble for beating up this other girl and making death-threats, but she got out of trouble because she's brainwashed herself into believing she's a vampire.
Dude a girl at my old school was like that! She totally thought she was a vampire.Vampire Then she made herself think she was a mermaid and then a bicker chick. :lmfao

btw WOULDNT U GET AIDS GOING AROUND DRINKING/BATHING IN PEOPLES BLOOD??
Could you try and speak properly? I don't like this sort of thing on my thread... and I'm not entirely sure whether you could get AIDS.
You would have AIDS after getting HIV and then your nerves would be all fucked up because of it, but do those vampires feel anything anyway?

    Umm.... lol?
I hate the sun, it gets in my eyes. My lower canine teeth are damn bigger and pointed. I'm not a vampire, and I certainly don't wanna be one. I don't like the taste of blood, at all.
Come on. I find vampires in books amazingly alluring myself, but thinking they actually exist in the real world?
Newsflash! Dracula is a)a character in a fictional book or b)a former ruler renown for his violent punishment methods from the 15th century, his territory being part of the present Romania; he didn't even rule in Transylvania, where I live, but in the more southern part of Romania, known back then as Wallachia.

Vampirism as a religion? Nahh. Maybe as a branch of Satanism... I still don't think so.
Don't get me wrong, sure there are a couple of knuckle heads thinking they're vampires.

Why Satanism? It's a completely different belief.

    Vampires. Aren't. Real. :file:
If you kill someone to drink their blood; you are not a vampire, you are a murderer.
Everyone has pointed canine teeth. That is what makes them canine teeth, not fangs.
90% of the 'omg-I'm-A-Vampire!' kids would shit themselves if they were in the same room as a bat.
I have annoyingly pale skin. It doesn't tan. I got picked on in school because of it. It's not fun, or cool. It's just pasty.
    Seriously kiddies, grow up.

From everything that I've read, the most comm thing is that they could taste the infection on the blood and would not find it at all appealing. From research it works the same way if the blood is tainted with any chemicals or medication.

They key word being 'tainted'. Myths say that once they know that the blood is infected, they don't want anything to do with it.

Satanism has nothing to do with vampires. As far as I know it, they don't actually worship the Satan the same way Christians worship Christ.

Agreed. From what I know, they don't really worship anything. There kind of selfish creatures according to legends.

Vampirism is disturbing, really. There are reasons why some people are sensitive to light and such. For the abnormal pale skin that doesn't tan in the sun, that's probably because you don't have as much melanin as someone else who tans instead of burns.

For the light sensitivity, that could be explained by the fact that you burn easily. There is a condition where you can get an allergic reaction if exposed to light for too long. Just because the sun makes your eyes hurt or you hate day time doesn't make you a vampire. The sun makes anyones eyes hurt. If you look directly at it you'd go blind.

I personally hate the taste of blood. I hate the irony after taste.

So you know the only way Vampires stay young and beautiful is by drinking blood right?
Basically you want to be an elf. Immortality with out the blood...

I'd love to be a vampire. I would, really. I do believe 1000% that they exist. Some people take it to extremes, though. I don't go that far, but I do take on some vampire characteristics. I'm in love with them and obsessed, but I'd neer go that far. But to those who do, carry on.

If vampires are real, so is Santa.

Practicing Vampirism makes you a pyscho... not a creature of the night.

People who practice vampirism are NOT pyscho! They are allowed to choose and believe in whatever they want. And just because YOU don't believe in vampires doesn't mean they aren't real. In my personal opinion i think the idea of worshipping a 'god' so that when you die you go to a wonderful place in the cloud is absolutly absurd. But you don't see me going around telling everybody who believe in that that they are pyscho. Have a little human decency.

You could say the same about God, couldn't you? :file:

I'm not into vampirism but it's someone's belief/religion. Sure, it's a bit weird and probably very unhealthy to drink blood but you shouldn't be slating it like that.

There is no more proof that God exists more than vampires, Santa or the tooth fairy. If you say you believe in God, it's fine but the moment you believe in the tooth fairy and start worshipping vampires you become a psycho...

    Besides the point.

You said that vampires are just as real as Santa. There's no proof. Same with God.
I'm just stating that I don't understand why belief in vampires is an less plausible.

    I'm a tad confused.
As there is no proof I don't believe in any of the above.

When you get down to it, isn't believing in Vampirsm (not Vampires as in the myth, were are talking about the religion side of it here) the same as practicing it?

But then again believing it and practicing it can be catorgorised as to separate things I suppose, much like a catholic who believes in god but doesn't go to church.

But believing it or/and practicing it aside, doesn't mean that you have the right to call anyone a physco. Just because there beliefs and spiritual acts are different to your own doesn't mean that you shouldn't show them some respect.

Okay you're right and I am very sorry if I offended anyone.
BUT Can you at least see where I am coming from?
It freaks me out. I know I should have said pyscho and I apologised. But I mean, drinking other peoples blood, aside from the fact you could catch HIV/ hepatitis etc. Is like just a few steps below canabalism... which is some what frowned upon, I hear.

Canabalism is frowned upon, and so is Vampirism. People who do this need help, there's something wrong with their minds which makes them think that this is right, when it's not.
