I was 8 and surfing for the first time (without supervision) I went too far our and got pulled under and my board was dragging against the ground pulling me with it. I blacked out afterwards an haven't touched a surfboard since.

Let see I almost drowned from saving my baby sister from drowning. Age 10

I had a girl jump on me in the pool and got her tooth shoved in my head. Age 12

A car was driving really fast and almost hit me on my bike. Age 8

Almost been hit by a car and my sister body slammed me out of the way. Age 14

Chocked on a piece of meat. Age 15

Jumped on an aquarium and sliced my leg open. Age 9

Chocked on honey. Age 16: This year and my parents had a fight over it after I was breathing again, I have a fear of the Heimlich maneuver, and my dad tried to get into position, which caused me to drop to the ground to escaped getting it. Then my mom started yelling.. It was horrible and I felt horrible.. But, they apologized afterwards...

I'm pretty sure I almost died many more ways.

But, I go into shock and can't feel a thing, scary but, when it comes to other peoples' lives I'm all action and know what to do.

My own life on the line I almost had myself killed a couple of times, like when I sliced my leg open I walked around an stood in my garage and I didn't even realize I was standing in my puddle of blood until my sister was OMG! And even after seeing it I didn't cry or even feel it. I didn't cry in any of those situations, i don't know why though...

    I'm a wack job..

Asthma attack got the worst of me and I passed out & stopped breathing.

Another time was with my eczema. It was that badly infected that if I didn't get hospital/medical treatment straight away, it would have gotten into the blood stream and caused dangerous damage and eventually resulted in death. Luckily, I got it just in time.

My friend and I almost got hit by a train in January.

A train had just gone by a few minutes before we got near the tracks, so we decided to wait there for another one of our friends to meet us up. I happen to look over to the left of me and notice a strange green light that was about 80 feet from my friend and I. I say to him, "Hey Don, I think a train's coming..." He looks at me and says "It's just a fuckin' stoplight". I thought it was weird because traffic lights around my house are green for all about 20 seconds, not 5 minutes. So, my friend and I started arguing about that. Our arguement came to a halt when we heard the train crossing signals coming from our left, where that green light was. I look at my friend and was like "IN YOUR FACE, WHAT DOES THAT SOUND LIKE TO YOU YOU BASTARD". Being the idiots we are, we were staying on the tracks until we finally saw the train.

We didn't see it. For some reason, I happen to look over my shoulder to the right of me. What was I looking at? A train coming at a fast speed toward my friend and I, about 30 feet away. Quickly thinking, I did a barrel roll and flipped off the tracks. My friend was two inches away from getting hit. Needless to say, we won't be playing on the train tracks anymore.

First time when I was born. I wasn't breathing and the doctors thought I was dead. They spanked me to life. I wasn't supposed to be alive because there was no embolic fluid in the womb with me. I was dangling and actually have deformities because of it.

I was five or six and the doctors thought I had cancer. I was getting sicker and sicker and couldn't barely do anything. There were lesions on my spleen and liver the sized of half dollars. Before I would be taken to the cancer ward the lesions were gone. Just like that.

Since then I always seem to be in the right moment of time. Like I decide last minute not to do something, which saves my life. Like barely walking right under a sign, a second later a hammer landed where I just was. Same with cars. My mom thinks I have an guardian angel.

I almost died today, I was with my sister working in my mom's garden pulling out weeds, and I wanted a break so I sat down on a log, and heard a rattle. Looked down saw a rattlesnake pattern and luckily I didn't go into shock, I jumped off and then went into shock. Well then my nana came and shot him, he looked like a python so now I felt bad for killing a harmless animal, I felt bad enough killing a poisonous one. So my nana wanted to make sure it wasn't poisonous, she looked up different snakes and come to find out he was a copperhead, the rattle was probably him moving in the leaves and I was basically right on top of him. He wasn't killed the first time we shot him and he was still alive and the wound would've healed but, after my Nana found out it was poisonous she went back and finished him off. I feel really bad about killing him but, he was too close to my home and I have a lot of younger siblings and cousins play around where the snake was at.

So almost died twice in the same year, and it's only the beginning!

when I was a baby (still in nappies and just walking) my parents decided to take me on holiday. Whenever I wasn't being watched I would run for the pool and jump in only to almost drown....

When I was a toddler my grandma had sat me in a chair and was brushing my hair when I fell asleep and fell off the chair, landing on my head. My grandma said that I never responded when she picked me up, so we went to the hospital and it turned out that I was okay.
My family jokes about it now, saying that the reason there's so much wrong with me is because I hit my head like I did. However, my grandma says she still feels really bad about it.

My mom told me that when I was around 3 or 4 years old , our doctor told her that I have lung inflammation (I don't know what it is called). The doctor told her that I was fifty fifty , and he even told her that her and my dad should make another baby because I was going to die. Then my mom told me too that I got unconcious , I'm not even breathing but I was revived. Well , thank god I survived that.

Just last year was the closest I've ever been to death, I suppose. I suddenly felt like I was overcome with something (puking, 104 F temp, shaking), so my father rushed me to the ER. My blood pressure was out of whack and my heart rate was higher than 160. I got to spend an hour in the crash room of the ER, with all these machines around me in case my heart gave out.

Twice :/ both times have been attempted suicide. The first time I slit my wrists in the bath and the second time I took an overdose. I was put on suicide watch in the hospital and had to have a counsellor for a few years. I was going through a lot and I wasn't coping with things in the right way and those are two things I regret most in my life. I feel ashamed of myself now, but at the time I severely depressed.

    4 times.

Nearly drowned after falling in the deep end of a pool when I was 5.

Had a gun put to my head when I was 10.
They claim they were messing around but you don't do something like that to a kid!

    A heart attack when I was 15.

Appendicitis at 22. Doctor said had I not went to the hospital within a couple of hours I wouldn't have survived. Though I demanded for them to just let me die.

In February 2012, I was driving and I was at an intersection about to move forward. I stopped completely, I looked both ways, and yet some complete asshole just sped past going at least 45 miles per hour (mind you, it was a 25 mph zone). I had to slam on the brakes and even then the car scraped my front bumper. There was no damage to me or my car or my boyfriend who was sitting in the passenger's side, but I burst into tears right after it happened; it was absolutely scarring.

I almost drowned in a lake when I was about 7 or 8. The girl next to me thought I was just screwing around so she didn't help me. The second time, I was about 13 and we had just gotten out of school and were hanging around the stop sign which is by the doors that we walked out of school. anyways, while we were standing there, some guy comes running out of the alleyway and just keeps on running. next thing you know a car comes racing, tires screeching out of the alley and then you hear a few gunshots. I hit the ground so quick. when we arrived back at school the next week, we looked at the stop sign and could see the indents where the bullets hit. one of them was right next to where my head would've been. 2 inches over and I would've been shot in the head.

scary to think about not being able to live past the age of 13.

I had a tree limb fall on my head as a child, that had potential to not end well... I had temporarily lost my memory.

Also, as a kid I had my appendix removed, and there were complications with the anastesia, I wasn't pulling through.

I have also had a series of severe allergic reactions to different foods.
So, yes, a couple of times.

When I was a baby I almost drowned in the bathtub. They had to take me to the hospital to revive me and apparently I was lucky to be alive!

In a way, I guess I could say yes. I've almost been in wrecks which may or may not have ended badly. I was on a boat in the middle of a lake and it hit a wave that made it dip down. I didn't have my life jacket on at the time, and I'm not the great of a swimmer so that could have ended badly if the boat didn't manage to come back up. A girl who hated me and a couple of others tried to drown me in a public pool. Another girl who I was friends with went with me to the river and held me under as well for whatever reason. (see this is why I hate people.)

I consider myself really lucky because of a lot of things that didn't happen to me. I honestly think that I have a (few) guardian angel(s)
