I graduated on June 3rd. One of the most emotional experiences of my life... happy but more so upsetting. I'm going to miss my high school so much. For reasons of true love and great friendships... it hurts to leave but I know things will get easier as time passes. I mean, life must go on, right?

I don't graduate until next year but the prospect terrifies and saddens me.
First of all, I'm not going to be able, in all likelihood, to live with my baby. So I might stay local and keep savin' and live at home until I can.
But I'm really sad about leaving my friend Jack.
The other day, I dressed up in a graduation outfit and we took pictures and both started crying until I had to take it off.
It was so sad and I am going to miss his warmth so much. It makes me want to go to a dorm- I don't want to live here without him.
It makes me cry to even type it now.

I don't know if it's just a British thing, but graduation isn't that big a deal. I mean, the only official 'graduation' we have is from university, but a lot of people in this thread are talking about middle and highschool, too. Does that count as a graduation?

Anyway, I know when I finished secondary school I was excited to move on. When I finished sixth form I didn't even care, because I hated all the people and was sick of being surrounded by 12 year olds. When I finished college I was happy, because it had been such an amazing year, but also scared, because I was about to start university and move away from my home town.

I'm pretty sure when I do graduate, I'll still be scared, because then that rat race really begins, and I'll also have to move back home while I find a full time job, which will suck (there's no way I'd be able to pay bills on a part time job with no student loan.)

    Le sigh...

I graduated school almost two years ago, which is weird to say. Although I went to my school since prep, I didn't really have much of an attachment to it since I didn't cry at all XD In fact, I was pretty happy that I'd finally left XD

I graduated on May 27th of this year. I just started college three weeks ago & I really do miss high school. Tbh, it's a bitter-sweet thing, but I miss my campus more than the people in it. It was basically a comfort zone I grew up around in the past four years so heading over to a bigger campus is slightly intimidating + this is part of advancing towards my future goal.

So I'm majoring in English & minoring in Psychology. Planning on being an English teacher at the most.

So I graduated high school in May of 2009.
I graduated with my Bachelors degree in May of 2014 and if I keep on track, I'll graduate with my Masters in December of 2016.

Graduating high school didn't bother me because I knew that college came right after, but graduating college was totally different. You have no idea what's on the other side. I cried for like, three weeks before I graduated college lmfao

I graduated university in July of 2013.

I hate every single one of my graduation pictures, I hated everything about graduation and I resent everyone that told me I had to go because I would regret it, everyone that said that I owed it to my parents for putting me through university, which they didn’t.I graduated university by myself, that’s my achievement and no one else’s. And if my family care about me then a shitty little ceremony shouldn’t matter.Every time I’m guilted into doing something I have a horrible time, I should just ignore people, they obviously don’t understand me.
After graduating nothing happened for over a year, but I woked really hard and I feel a lot better now. Grade don't mean everything.

I graduate in 50 days and I still feel like I don't know what I'm doing with my life. I never really had a social life since my parents are so overprotective, so school is all I've going for me. I'm scared to graduate, tbh.
