It's completely normal to have irregular periods. All girls are different.

I go months without my period. It's perfectly normal, for some reason, although since I'm overweight my periods should be more regular than most teenage girls'.

When I do get mine, I become anemic because I bleed so heavily. It's really weird.

I was under the impression it can get quite irregular. But a GP sounds like the safest bet.
I've always had quite regular periods. Sometimes Im a few days early. But other than that. Im good.

Before I went on the pill my period was not that regular. Mostly got it 5 days earlier but once or twice I got it 14 days earlier. That was the maximum.

I get too many periods. That's my problem. So sometimes I worry.

That happened to a friend of mine too. No idea though how she got "rid" of that. I would go nuts and jump off a bridge, seriously.

I started mine at the intervening point between the month.
I usually start in the middle of the month but it's been all fudged up lately.
I'm pretty sure it's not stress, because I'm one of those people who basically just say fuck it and deal with whatever.

My mom is okay with me getting on the pill, but my dad sees it as a gateway to slut-dom. Well, it kind of would be for me.

Hahah that's a good idea. Men usually can't cope that well with woman issues ^^ ;).

In the very beginning, I started mine on the first of the monrth. And it was very normal and every first of the morning I would expect it and it'd be all "Hellllllooo! Guess who's back!"

But, sometimes now it starts in the middle of the month. I really don't get it. And it's completely irregular. >.< I hate it because I have a three week camp to go to soon and I still haven't started. The last time I had a period during camp, I was so effing miserable.

=) I honestly don't think so. One of the reasons that can make your period irregular is stress. That's all I know.

It's all to do with your hormones really.
You can start when ever.
I started and then there was nothing for two months after and I didn't think anything of it.
as I've grown up they've changed a lot. I'm hardly ever on my period when I think I'm going to be. Then I get paranoid thinking I'm going to be on and I'm not till the next week.
Don't worry about skipping, it'll all work out, as you grow up and have them more, they'll become more regular and you'll be able to plan out when your going to be on. but you won't probably start becoming regular untill your in your late teens. I'm not yet and it confuses he hell out of my sometimes, I sit there staring at the calender like 'hold on if I was on then, then I should start about then' then I don't.
Its a confusing time but dont worry.
Also if you get bad cramps then try different things to calm them down (its like I'm talking about a little child lol). don't automatically reach for the paracetamol. If you take it every month then over time your body will just learn to accept it and it won't help that much. Try things like heat pads and having a hot bath. (put cold in too just hot's not good lol)
I've found that, from experience, only neurofen help my cramps as I get them really bad. But taking them too often can also damage the lining of your liver so I take them for two-three days tops.

Hmm I don't know if that goes for nearly everyone. I was in my late (really late) twenties before I started with the pill and it was not regular, hell no. I envied all people who were lucky enough to get their period like you get your phone bill, ont he same date.

I was so happy when I got my period, don't ask me why.
After six months or so I knew it for what it really was - a curse .___.
