I loved Quizilla because I loved to write, I was maybe..... 13? And I found mIbba because one of my favorites had moved here, but I agree with everyone about how craptastic Quizilla is. Especially the titles, Wattpad isn't much better. I guess Mibba is my only home XD

Hey I'm Chels. Quizilla's great and I can work everything on there, Mibba's great too I just can't work it very well. I've wrote a fantasy story, to be honest I'm not a fan of real life stories they make me sad. Honestly, Quizilla and Mibba have there differences, yeah different people, layouts, stories, everything. But there just websites so you can show your work and be proud of what you have done.

Ah, Quizilla! I remember that. That site has been going thru a lot of changes. I was on it for a year before I decided to call it quits. It was confusing, people were all aggravating, but the quizzes were decent. Has anyone ever been to fanfiction.net or mediaminer.org? I've been on those two sites off and on for the past ten years. XD

Quizilla sucks now, sad but true. It's completely overrun with nothing but cliches and sad attempts at fanfiction...Plus the lack of proper grammar/spelling just irritates me. -_-

I still use it though (newest account)http://quizilla.teennick.com/user/xXxGobbledigook/profile/ if only for a couple decent stories and fear of losing contact with friends...Mibba seems to have more serious writers and is organized way simpler as well. x) I'm so glad I joined Mibba. :3

I wrote this lovley letter and posted it on quizilla as a story. I hope you all enjoy.
    Dear Quizilla,
I joined this site back in 2004 back when it was still a beautiful new born baby. I often came here to share my idea's and turbulent teenage thoughts. I have always enjoyed reading and was delighted at the multitude of stories from mature writers who wove magnificent tales for the pure and simple fact of sharing them. I wrote my own for the same reason and got many friends on here. The woman who owned this site made it for the pure and simple purpose of enjoyment and it was very much enjoyed. We all loved the simplistic layout and how easy it was to figure it out and post our works. We made were taught HTML code and made our own layouts all to the delight of the owner of this site who was pleased that some many young people had found a safe haven where they could express themselves and not have to worry about adults who censored them or bullies who picked on them. The beautiful baby, grew into a sprightly child, to the enthusiasm of all who had tended it.
Then the child who had brought a smile to the faces of so many suddenly and unexpectedly became a horrible adult who took on the 'value’s' and opinions very unlike those who had helped tended. It thought that if those around it did not adhere to it's strict and ridiculous standards they should be cast aside with no forewarning. It is very sad how you have taken something that was so enjoyed and loved by so many young people and destroyed it. You have forgotten that it was those same people you cast aside so thoughtlessly that made this site what it was. If it was not for us you would not exist. We were here when the site was new and bright and now you have forgotten where you came from. Those who have come to you anew do not know the horrible thing you have become, but we, who were here first, do.
We still make up a very LARGE portion of your fan base, but we are tired of being abused when we tended you so lovingly, so we are leaving. We are seeking out a child who will love us as we love it and you, dear Quizilla, are no longer that child. You may think that us leaving is no big deal, but do not forget this, dear child.
WE made you what you are and WE can bring you right back down. I do so enjoy adding my own name to the long petition lists of joining in whatever other causes to bring you back down I can find.
It is sad, though, that you forgot where you came from and how you came to be so grand.
    Sincerely yours,
    Bunny-Mommy

Holy cow...I was quizilla for roughly 6 years. It was were I started writing and sharing my stories, it was wonderful back in its day. I found fanfiction.net however, and soon grew tired of reading stories such as 'I'm emo and I met My Chemical Romance and fell in love with...." No one ever reviewed my stories and I lost motivation. The forums were nice, i had a few friends on there and would be on until late into the night. I recently went back to the quizilla forums and I almost cryed. Everything is dead there? Most recent post are weeks old. Its sad.

Quizilla was a wonderful place once upon a time. It's a shame it had to lose it's glory.

I remember defending Quizilla for the longest time, telling people that the problems would be fixed and it'd be better than ever. Two years later, still nothing fixed. File

I was on there for probably three years and was excited about the changes. When it got taken over, I think everything went downhill. I've tried deleting my account, and it's so bad, it won't even let me do that! My account's still there.

Not sure if I already posted on this thread...
But after several months of not visiting the site, I did it today, and I looked at the story section.
And... well... it's basically an ad section now.

^ I don't know what the heck happened over the course of like 2 or 3 months, but I guess that's what happens when you have horrible mods (do they even have any?)

I've been on Quizilla for about six years. I got my first account back in 2005. As you all say, it's definitely changed and not for the better.

Mibba is like my writing sanctuary now. I don't know what I would do without it!

I started on Quizilla about 2 years ago, and at first I didn't like Mibba. A friend told me to have a look, and I was really confused, but now I think it is much better than Quizilla. There is more focus on stories and it is easier to search specifically. Also the stories are often of a lot better quality:)

I gave Quizilla a chance (before Mibba)
It was OKAY before it changed-- and now, it stinks. I went through countless websites I could post my stories in, to get my own little happy world ya know c:?
    And then I found Mibba.
At first, I couldn't get anything done-- I didn't know anything, I felt hopeless. I wanted to quit on Mibba, but then I soon learned things on Mibba. Personally, I think Mibba is awesome. I used to go Wattpad, but it's REALLY hard to get "famous" or reviews.
I think the only way to get "famous" on Wattpad is that you advertise on other popular stories or get a "famous" author to mention your story :x

I was on quizilla years before I found Mibba. It was weird because I knew Dana (obscene.) back on quizilla when she made story layouts. Incredibly sad the site went downhill.
