^ I was in the same boat, but I liked getting feedback even if it was what I would call obnoxious today. When I had my eleven chapters of my LotR fanfic and got messages saying they were good, nothing stopped me. Except when I was kidnapped by deviantART. :p

Ha, I'm back on Quizilla now.
I realized that I might be ble to have some fun there yet. My friend noticed all the weeaboo Narutards on there that couldn't write worth shit, so we're starting up an old fan-fic of ours just to show them who's boss.

I used to go on Quizilla, but not as a user, just to read stories and take quizzes. Then it got redone, and I couldn't find any of the authors I liked >.<

I know since they've changed things a lot of stories have been deleted. One of my favorite authors had a Jacob Black fanfiction called 'A Line in the Sand' and I went to her homepage to find it after the change and it wasn't anywhere. A lot of the stories I had recently added to my favorite list were gone too, so I had no link back to them. And of course they took away the ability to see who had friended you in the first place, so all I had to rely on was the one person I bookmarked, and then I couldn't find anything or anyone else I had been reading. It really sucks.

I was a quizilla user in 2005, but I quit and joined Mibba.

I'd just like to show what I saw on Wikipedia. Look at the timeline section /:

I was a Quizilla user for years. I couldn't understand the recent major changes, though, and my readers were starting to slip because the slash scene was being killed by vampire and Jonas Brothers fics. So I quit =/

I remember the blue and white background. I also remember when it was a super acheivement to have a background to your quizes.
I was only like, 12 when I got my first account on that! and I did quizes, not stories.
Now I'm all grown up and using mibba! =]

I made an account for a website me and my friend run - Its confused me too much!

Majority of the stories I read on there, the authors hadn't been online for months.

    Quizilla just got really confusing.
I couldn't find any of the stories I used to read, so I moved on.
I like Mibba a lot better.
I can't believe Quizilla has commercials now!
They need to promote b/c Mibba stole all their members :)

I was on Quizilla for oh, about a year when they made the changes.
I didn't like it very much and looking back on it, Quizilla wasn't a very good writing site in the first place, so it's awesome you're here.

My quizilla account is here even though I haven't been on in like five months X]

Oh my god I remember seeing that commercial.

And yeah, it was really confusing.
And it was just horrible in the first place.

And I totally agree with mibba taking all of the good writers from Zilla :lmfao

I was on quzilla before, writing mostly Naruto fics. And later took a break, playing online games. When I returned...the site changed. Every friend left...D:

And here I am, going to return to my old...things. To write more fanfics. =>
And making web site layouts. x3

    ---

It's really sad tho I really really liked zilla, it was like a second home for me before, how ever it had it's cons.

Such as, some are very very crappy fanfics that you can hardly read. And those 7min in heavne quizzez... x.x

However, I really liked there anyways, because there were good writers, and I had many friends there. I got readers who help me improve my fanfic writing.

I don't know if I will find the same kind of friends here, because Mibba doesn't feel as open as quzilla...somehow I don't know. But I guess I just have to get used tho this. =>

I really like to make friends with people that have same interests as me, or just any nice person I'd be happy. :3

I feel ya, Mibba actually feels much bigger than Quizilla. As many bad things as can be said about Quizilla, there were quite a few good things like the fact that there were a lot of people who weren't afraid of just messaging to say they liked your story or poem. Not to mention the Highest Rated/Most Popular lists made it easier to find good writing for a while anyway. And they had the search bar where you could search every category instead of just one. And of course the magic of being able to have all types of stuff on your homepage.

I miss my Quizilla homepage. Stupid Viacom.

I was such a Quizilla junkie for such a long time, but that place just got so fucked up. I can't even login anymore... it's awful..

But, amidst my fury for quizilla, I made a mibba account, and I have oficially converted...

I am a harry potter person, but I didn't write hp fics... I'm a Gerard Way hetero fic girl through and through!!!

I used to love Quizilla, but now it's just retarded. The changes haven't made anything better but worse. I miss the old Quizilla because I understood it and it made sense, but I have to say that decorated titles were getting annoying.

I do miss QUizilla very, very much and I hope that there is a new fanfiction site like it, but I like Mibba more. ^ ^

Old Quizilla was my happy place. I talked to so many people on there, got so much feedback, and I actually met my best friend through Quizilla.

Mibba is still so new to me, and I like it. A few people have said they liked my stories or whatever, but I feel like so far it's been much harder to make friends and get to know people here.

I still use the new Quizilla, and it is actually easier to post stories, but the no homepage thing and no layouts thing is driving me a little mad. I wont give up on it though. It'll get better.

Quizilla was definitely my second home and I was able to post stuff without worrying any flames coming right at me. Even though I rarely got reviews, the site still made me happy because writing fanfics is what I like to do.

Now that the site completely changed, I couldn't really bring myself to continue on with my stories as much as I used to. I want to post my stories up on here but I'm still a little chicken to do so. :shifty

However, I still check on Quizilla regularly because, surprisingly, a couple of my favorite writers are still on there and posts their stories. I couldn't let go of Quizilla just yet. I still have hope for it.

    Oh I was from Quizilla!
    I went under xXxangelxdarkxXx
I ended up hating the name, but it stuck for my time there. I met alot of people who knew me on here.
We all switched over after MTV bought Quizilla.
Can you believe that? And now that lots of people ditched Quizilla after the change MTV just forgot all about it and it's just another washed up site. That sucks. I loved Quizilla.
    Mibba's tight though. (:

I miss Quizilla but not the changes it has made.
I miss my friends and I used to be some what popular I at least had some fans.

I like Mibba more though is because the people are completly friendly and every one can talk to each other with acting mature. No ones really better or more popular than each other. Even if you don't get comments on everything people still care. Mibba is where I like to spend much of my time now.
