Watership Down. Those fucking bunnies were so retarded. i seriously hate them and their stupid society and their stupid myths and I want to take that book and shove it up Mr. AJ's ass! It was so pointless. Some rabbits run away and start their own hutch. It made me hate rabbits for a while.

    o rly?:
I don't like teen books that follow the typical rich girl cliques, like Gossip Girl and all of those things. I feel like they rely on being more "juicy" and materialistic to be popular, rather than having actual emotion.
That's the whole point. Normally, I would avoid those books with a passion, but when I feel especially catty, I'll pick up a Gossip Girl book. Maybe it's because my life is the exact opposite of theirs, but I feel so much more mature, when i read those books.

Life As We Knew It by Susan Pfeffer. It just sucked, it was so unrealistic I wanted to burn the book so bad! But it was from the library and that is a big no-no. I just stopped reading it after 50 pages. I lost brain cells reading that book.
Note To The Author - You know, the moon moves around the earth, it doesn't hang out in one spot, are you stupid?
People wouldn't go to school after something like that.
Her mother wouldn't like her ex-husbands new wife.
    You really suck at writing.

I like cried when I saw wome of the disliked books. All to their won opinion but....TWILIGHT?!
I love the saga with a fucking full-blown passion and have read each book more than 5 times each.

But a book I hated and couldn't get into was some stupid-ass book about the heroes of Greece...or something like that.
Oh and Goosebumps. I hate them with a craze, fervour, passion etc etc etc. :XD

I don't like King Dork, I forget who it is by but it is so boring! I didn't even finish it. And on the back it said "you will love this book if you loved 'The Catcher In The Rye'". I loved The Catcher In The Rye, but hated this book.

I hated the Cheetah Girls series. I had like, a three-books-in-one of them. Even at age ten, I was thinking to myself, "Yeah, this is shit." Maybe not in those exact words, but you get the idea x]

I just thought it was so...tacky. The characters had dumb names, used ridiculous slang, and dressed in really grossly described outfits. Plus the girl who wrote the songs wrote songs titled like "Glitterdome" or some shit like that. Yeah. Tacky, tacky, tacky.

Plus they spawned those God-awful Disney Channel movies and CDs and tours and such. >.< I just never saw the Cheetah Girls as something good or creative, just stupid commercial crap. (I got a Cheetah Girls birthday card for my 15th birthday, no joke. It was all I could do not to pitch it out the window.)[/offtopic]

Edit: I seriously have no idea why the fuck I wrote an entire post about a children's series that I read when I was ten. Sweet Jesus.

Any of the books in the Twilight series. Honestly, there's nothing about any of them to stand out in my mind so they all mix and merge and the only thing I can remember is how desperate Bella is. I also don't like how Stephanie Meyer made Bella out to be the clumsiest person ever. Sure, give characters flaws, but she overloaded the poor girl with them.

Also- I despise Stephanie Meyer's writing style. I just can't stand how she introduces a random conflict about halfway through the first book. Honestly, the only connection to that conflict is the fact that the Cullens are vampires and the three invading people are vampires too.

I was really disappointed when I read these books.

The Good Earth was a bore, come to think of it.
    :file:

And, as for the Stephenie Meyer comment above, I agree. I just...don't like the way her stuff flows. /:

To be honest, I was getting into the beginning of Twilight...but I just got bored halfway through the book. I wasn't following it, and I wasn't interested in the characters anymore.

I read that. It didn't make much sense. I was confused on how she acted the way she did. It did suck.

The Twilight series is just dragging on way to much. When the hell is she going to be a vampire? It has been three whole books and no luck. It sucks that she is dragging it on so much. I mean come on, we already we know she is going to end up with Edward so make her a vampire already!

    Almost all teen fiction.

It absolutely kills me. The completely unrealistic portrayals of life. It makes me feel like hitting somebody.

    I don't like Gossip Girl.
Mainly because I see no emotion in it.

I think Harry Potter is really overrated.
I like the movies, though. :shifty

I really hate trash fantasy. Almost all the fantasy books you see in the bookstores these days are so cliche and badly written, especially anything involving vampires. The slack standards among authors (and readers) these days really sickens me sometimes.

I don't mind anything as long as it is well devised. I'm not usually genre-partial; it's just recent publications of sci-fi and fantasy seem to be particularly slap-dash.

    Lord of The Flies.
I had to read it in school and I was falling asleep of boredom. I think it's the crappiest book I've read.

And then there's billions of other books I hate... but since I don't like them I couldn't be bothered to remember the names.

And all the Twilight-haters here makes me go all like :cheese:
How can you not like them? It doesn't make sense!
