Concerts

Right, as we are all music lovers in here, you must have a few gigs lined up, and a few already tucked under your belt. Who have you already seen, who are you going to see, and when? You never know, you might find some other Mibbians are going to the same ones!

Oh, and while we're here, why not share your best and worst concert that you've been to. Who did you see, and what made that night amazing or made you regret going in the first place?

August 31 {I think}--Free concert = Three Fold Theory

I'm seeing Rancid on August 17th at the Fillmore in NYC. 8) I am SO excited.

The best concert I've been to, by far, is Anti-Flag on June 27th, 2008. Read my journal, you'll see why x]

I will say this, though: there were NO SECURITY GUARDS WHATSOEVER that night. Absolutely none. I also met the band again, went to the show alone and left with 4 new friends.

Warped tour August 1st? Seriously?

I'm supposed to go to Warped on the 15th, but I dunno now.

I'm seeing Metro Station, Boys Like Girls, Good Charlotte, and The Main on Wednesday.

Breathe Carolina on the 28th

I'll be seeing Mayday Parade, Forever The Sickest Kids, Four Year Strong, The Minus Scale, and Sparks The Rescue on July 21st.

Hopefully, I'll be able to see Metro Station and The Maine on August 22nd.

The best show I've ever been to was My Chemical Romance 9th of April 2007.
Why?
1. It was My Chem
2. It was Gerard's birthday
3. That's where I met my best friend.

The best concert I've ever been to was Bullet For My Valentine this year, February 7th.

First of all, I got to see Still Remains play again, on their last tour in the UK. I was right near to the barrier, and TJ Miller stood on it right next to me. It was amazing, I was like holding onto his knee because I was short, and he accidently stepped on my hand, lmao. That hurt XD. Oh, and he spat/sprayed his water over me.

Then I actually got to the barrier when Bullet were playing, and I was dead center and in line with Matt's microphone. It was amazing. I was like going crazy and singing every song through the whole thing. And Matt smiled at me.

Oh, and I just happened to bang into someone I knew from a forum. She was one person across from me at the barrier XD!

Concerts I have in the near future:

Underoath with freakin Envy On The Coast - September 8th
Cobra Starship with freaking Forever The Sickest Kids - October
One Night Only - October

Then hopefully The Blackout with freaking From First to Last
& All Time Low if they announce a date closer to me that doesn't have an age restriction.

Best concert is a toss up between the Give It A Name weekend
Or All Time Low and Cobra Starship

Avenged Sevenfold their next tour when they get back from Englad.

And... Good Charlotte like August 22nd, I believe.

I saw My Chemical Romance at the beginning of last year, and Marilyn Manson in September, I think it was.

Both were pretty damn awesome.

The lighting and effects at the Manson show were cool.

I'm going to go seeMindless Self Indulgence The Blackout! on the 10th... me and my friend and paying about £250 I think to go up to Nottingham and see them... XD
Then I'm going to see The Blackout again 10th October. It should be awesome : )

Band's I've already seen are like... The Blackout uh.... 7 times I think, MCR, The Used, Fall Out Boy, Cobra Starship, Lostprophets a coupla times... uuuhm... Avenged Sevenfold, Aiden.... and I think that's it.

Best show's are The Blackout ones. I always end up right at teh front, once sat on the stage, and the whole band's really nice with checking if you're okay and all... they're just so lovely.

November 26 2006, Christina Aguilera in Birmingham. :shifty I went with a girl from school and my mom. All of the costumes and dancers were so beautiful and sequin-y.
August 22 2007, Decaydance Festival in London.
That included Cobra Starship, The Academy Is..., Gym Class Heroes, Panic(!) At The Disco and Fall Out Boy. I was like :mrgreen: all night and for weeks afterwards.
March 10 2008, Panic At The Disco UK Tour in Birmingham.
Supporting bands were Black Gold and Metro Station. And Mason Musso had the most awesome sunglasses. Though er... I wasn't sure whether or not he could see because it was kinda dark. :XD

And this summer I'm going to Warped Tour. :D My parents compensate my lack of a social life (which is mostly their fault) by taking me to concerts. I guess I'm pretty lucky.

Every concert I go to is like DJGDJHGD (L)
But I'd have to say that my favorites are ones with All Time Low in it.
