    Emily.:
I've heard people say crikey when they're imitating Steve Irwin. :XD

And I'm scared of crocodiles. Cry
I'm not scared of them, really. Actually I've only ever seen a baby one in real life :XD

Doesn't really bother me actually. They can say all they want, but it doesn't mean they are all like them.
    I say crikey sometimes. :shifty
Apparently we all ride kangaroos/emus [take your pick] to school too. :XD

I'm an American New Englander, so therefore I am rude and talk fast.
    Which I am and do.
Ah, the simple joys of stereotyping.

Och, aye man. I wiz oot and aboot fir a bit, in like I couldnae fin ma kilt ish mornin so I hud tae jist wear a pair a trews, ye ken then? I spent maist o my youth up in a but'n'ben near Loch Lomond. It's guie pretty but nae amount a sunshine coulda made me tannet, Ahm still dead peely-wally. Maist people hink tha I ey gibber on aboot stuff and tha I don't really recognise ma culture an that I act auffy superior and dead like they bleedin' Edinbuggers or even worse, they English but I ain't, man. I so urnie. I'm a Jeely eater and I was born a Jeely Eater and I'll be wan until I'm broon bread. By the way, pal.

    :XD

And by the way, it's pronouced Locgh. Not Lock or Lo-ch or any other way. It's pretty close to the sound of hacking up phlegm.

And I do talk like that a bit. Not much, mind. Just a bit.

I hate stereotypes, especially the Australian one. Apparently we are all ment to have kangaroos hopping around in our backyards and wrestle crocs for a hobby. we are all ment to be tanned and the men are ment to have beer guts, the guys can surf really well and all the girls are blonde with big boobs.
    We're not like that.

^^True that and you forgot all the girls in bikinis honey. I mean surfer chicks and guys wrestle crocs by night and surf by day. It's quite a living.

I'm still unfathomed how other countries like our accent. -twitch-

Dude, I wish I was from Australia, since the aussies are totally owning this thread...

I'm half irish and live in England, and everyone thinks I'm a twat when I sit there whispering Gaelic profanities.

And they think I should be a drunkard because I'm from Ireland.
    I'm not. I hate Guiness.

    :tehe:
    I'm half Polish and Mauritian.
People think my dad is Aboriginal because of his skin colour. The doctors in NT refused to give him aesthetic because he was 'Aboriginal.' So, he should be used to pain.
The were cutting out an ulcer. Disgust
    [/off-topic]
My friend's half Irish. She's absolutely awesome, doesn't drink an inch either. :tehe: The stereotype is proven wrong.

Ha, I'm, like, 90 percent Irish, I live in England.

I like rainbows, drinking, i have pale skin, green eyes and dark hair.

And, I always get asked if I have like 13 brothers and sisters, I mean, I have four brothers but not all irish families are huge...

Also, my mates call me a leprachaun becuase I'm irish and short [4ft 11].
