Plans Later in Life

I want to move to New York or Seattle and study Cosmetology, and write on my off time!

My dream is to publish a book one day!

I also want someone to push me down a flight of stairs so I'll have to walk with a cane, get a doctor's degree and be House. Just kidding, just kidding.

But, really, I want to venture to New York and, one day, perhaps, start my own line of hair products!

I found out about two months ago I got accepted to St. Cloud State University, where they have an EXCELLENT mass communiations program. I'll be starting fall 2009 (I took two years off before college for personal reasons). Planning on majoring in journalism. I'm pretty excited. ^.^ I always loved school and education, so going back to school will be fun for me.

8) Woot! Architecture! lol, I do indeed plan on being an architect. I want to go into older buildings, though.

And I want to buy a medieval tower in Scotland, but also have a house in England - since I don't want to completely leave my country behind

I'm thinking of going into the area of psychology when I get older, because I've always been fascinated with how our brains work.

I would love to move to the U.K as well. That's my major goal no matter what my career path is. :cute:

I've always wanted to become a tatto-artist and move abroad to USA, but i don't know if i'll make it as far to USA x)
Me and my friend have for a couple of years planned that we ARE going to move the Pennsylvania. And she's gonna be working with dance, and i with tattoos x)

I really want to be an author, but I don't think I could make it as one. I'm really not sure besides that, what career I'd actually like. Nothing seems to stand out to me. I'm hoping that once I'm in college, I'll get a few ideas, or that I'm swayed in a certain direction.

I'm a keen arty student at school, and I also really like chemistry. My mum is really pushing a 'good solid degree' at university, not an arts degree. I have no real plans, but I kinda want to get into hairdressing. My mum would not approve of this or support me in it though.

I want to major in Political Science and minor in English, because in the future I want to become a chartered accountant.

Chartered accountants travel around the world for business and such.

I, honestly, have no idea what I want to be. I'm in grade 12, I better figure it out soon.

I want to be a photographer. I'm just not sure what kind of photographer. I would love to do photography at gigs but I dunno.

I'm going to do journalism in University of Limerick when I graduate (a year left...). It's a pretty cool degree because it's not purely journalism, you have to do an arts degree in two programmes to get onto the journalism course, same as with a teaching degree. I'm planning on doing European history and drama, or maybe creative writing.

Only problem with this is the fact that it's in UL...Limerick isn't exactly the safest place in Ireland. My boyfriend's brother's friend was murdered there last week because he "looked like the guy the hitman was after". I mentioned where I was planning on going to Uni to my sister's 9 year old friend that I was going to Limerick, and she did a pretty good impression of a goldfish and started stuttering "L-l-limerick...? Stab City...?" It's a pretty prestigious Uni though, I'd be an idiot to turn it down if I get my place.

Journalism is a serious option for me.
I love doing media studies, and I love to write.
Being a music journalist would be my dream come true.
My two loves in one.

I'm definitely hoping to become an author, but perhaps a little later.
I'd rather have more experience and not live off two minute noodles while I write a no-hoper novel.

Unless I go back to school and re-take my GCSEs, I don't really have many options that actually somewhat appeal... I think I'll just blag my way through life.

I might take a creative writing course next year... dunno.

I'm gonna be living the dream life, living in Cardiff and writing for Doctor Who.

After college, where I'll hopefully be studying Psychology, English language, Photography and then either Philosophy, plus an extra if I have to, I'm taking a gap year.
Well.. that's what I'm telling people. That's just so they aren't horrified when I reveal I have no interest in University. At all.
So the gap year will probably turn into gap-years-until-I-die.
I just want to make music, or write.
