Coffee

Tim Hortons, Starbucks or fresh brew from home. Coffee is a national addiction that is easy to take up, hard to break.

How do you like yours and where from?

I like Ice Capps and Carmel Frapicinnos. :tehe: I've gotten into the habit of making my coffee at home now though since I don't 4.50$ to spend at Starbucks...or the 2.51$ to spend at Tim Hortons for that matter.

I found an amazing recipe for a Frapicinnos :tehe:
1 & 1/4 cups of ice
1/4cup + tablespoon of espresso made with double the water recommended for one serving. [for mine, 12oz of water with 1 tablespoon of preground espresso. package says 6oz of water.]
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 cups of half&half
and I add caramel, about 3 tablespoons.

Add everything but ice in a blender, [prechill the espresso] hit blend for about 5 seconds. Then add the ice and blend until it looks like a slushy. [about 20 seconds.]

then you're done. It's amazing.

Meh, coffees not really my thing though, I'm more of a tea person.

However, I love the smell of coffee brewing, just not the taste.

I adore coffee, but unfortunately, I've got one of those sensitive stomachs that can't handle it too well. I can have like, iced coffees or something like that, but I have to drink it extra slow. I also really like those things you get from DQ, Moolattes, as I believe they are called. Usually it's all liquid by the tme I ever finish it, though!

i like my coffee. have done since i was little.
and since i don't have a cappucino machine at home, i survive on black, double teaspoon, no sugar instant there XP
but when i go out i always order a skim latte, no sugar.

I'm actually not addicted to coffee. :think: I love French vanilla coffee, though. My mom makes it at home. I love Starbucks' vanilla bean frappuccinos, too. :tehe:

I loooved coffee, but like one of the previous posters, I have a senstive stomach and therefore cannot have coffee too often because of how much pain I'm put in because of it =/

Although, you can't beat the full flavour from the coffee my aunt makes, it's to die for :XD

If I were going to get coffee from a coffee shop I'd go to The Streat in Belfast, the staff are real friendly and the cappucinos and blueberry muffins are the best. It's a chain, but it's got the best customer service out of all the Streats I've been to.

I adore coffee and can often be found in Starbucks, drinking a vanilla latte, which is my drink of choice. I try and drink decaf most of the time, but if I need a buzz, then I drink full caffeine!

I used to drink more coffee than anyone I've ever met. Seriously, people have probably died from ingesting less caffeine than I did on a daily basis...

We're talking about, eek... thirty cups a day. Cup after cup after cup after cup, no real break. >_<

I like mine very sweet... I used to get through three granulated tubs of Tesco sweetener a day, but now I restrict it far more (i.e, I'm taking more care of my health... and the price has gone up to 78p :-o), with semi-skimmed milk.

I try to keep under 10 cups a day. :mrgreen:

When I was hardcore, I used to have it black, no sweetener, but then I discovered the wonder of tabs... then the granulated shizz, and then milk, and then... oh, I've never looked back. ¬_¬

Then again, I'm even cutting down on the amount of sweetener per cup. We're only looking at four teaspoons per mug as opposed to... more, plus tabs. ¬_¬

Me, too.

I don't like coffee all that much.
But I love mochas and iced coffees.
