Come on people don't tell me no-one on this website runs. I know I'm not the only one.

I want to know everyone's time for the mile. Or if you're in Europe or Canda or anywhere besides the states, I guess you run the kilometer, tell me what's your time.

    My mile time: 8:53

Holy shit. I'm in the Cross Country team. I won't lie, I'm not as good as some kids in our school, they're like, lightning :file:.

I don't remember my highest and stuff..my last time (we ran 2 km) I was 13 mintues something.

I don't think I suck..I've actually improved a lot. Once, I was running around the neighbourhood and ran ahead of where we were supposed to turn in and some pedophile was chasing me :tehe:

I run, by force. It's not as bad as I really thought it would be, because I have someone that I run with during our meets and such. It's nice to have company, so you don't feel like a complete loner when you walk. :shifty

My 2 km is 13 something too. [:
I've improved a ton. Before I couldn't even run a mile without stopping, now I can run 3 without stopping.

I love running, it's a lifelong skill that you can do anywhere. Does anyone else get teased because they run? At my school it's not the biggest hobby and people always make fun of the cross country team because we actually LIKE running as opposed to just doing it for other sports.

Hurdles looks like fun, is it?

And not really. I mean out of a school of 950 kids, only 30 of us do cross country. We don't get made fun of because we like to run. I think some people are amazed we can run though. But I agree that people think we're nuts we like to run.

    Hurdles are fun :)
I used to be scared of doing them but then I got over them and I'm trying to get better at high jump. :)

Same I hate track I love cross country.
    8:22 isn't bad.
That's my mile pace for the 2 mile.
I'm like in the 7:40's for the mile, still trying to improve too.
I'm the worst on the team. =/

I feel bad for people when they fall. Because once you fall over one, you fall over the rest of the time. And for 400 m hurdles one girl tripped over every single one. I felt so bad.

I hate the 100 and 200 I ran the 100 in winter track once, and I got second to last. I'm a long distance person. And I never heard of the 300 Special. What is it?

I cannot run long distances, because I like to sprint, and be fast.
I usually do the 100m and 200m relays in competitions, and though I did do the mile last year.
