That's what studies say, even if it has to do with the brain or not. It's still a part of pornography. I don't think it's bad in anyway, but it can harm relationships. But pornography is completely okay with me, I see nothing wrong with it. With the right person.

If it weren't for porn, I would probably still be confused about my sexuality. It wasn't until then when I knew for sure I was sexually attracted to girls. Sex education didn't cover how a woman could have sex with another woman, and I wanted to know. So I finally got an understanding of it. It also helped me understand certain fetishes that I wasn’t fully aware of, such as bondage. Anyways, it's not like porn taught me EVERYTHING I needed to know about sex, especially since some aspects can be exaggerated, but it was the foundation that helped me understand, and it led me to do further, proper research.

Anyways, I think some people make too big of a deal out of it. While I don't agree it should be (how do I say it?) in your face all the time in society or in the hands of young kids (though I don't see a problem with people who are under 18 watching [like 17 or 16] it as long as they're mature enough to handle it), people should stop making it seem shameful to watch if it's something you do in your private life.

I used to think pornography was fine, but after reading about how badly it messes with your head, I don't think so anymore. It stimulates your brain with an idea of what sex and sexual acts are like, so when they actually happen in real life it isn't as appealing. I don't know, I think it's better to imagine rather than look at something. If anything, pictures. Video is really bad for your head.

I think that's only the case if a person whole-heartedly believes that pornography is a genuine representation of "everyday" sex. All that's needed for what you mentioned not to happen is the knowledge that porn is usually acted, scripted and exaggerated. With that in mind, one avoids the expectations.

I wouldn't want to make it a law, I feel like that's too much. I don't know, I just think it's not very good for you and I wouldn't encourage it or say "Do what you want, man" because I'm the kind of person who wants everyone in society to have the best and healthiest lives.

Right, this is one of the things I haven't dug too deep into so I don't know all the facts. I just don't really approve of porn in general

Oh, I hate those people. I don't watch porn, but I'm not going to automatically sin those people who do either. Porn is a personal preference.

I wish I could watch porn, though. Like, there was this grainy video that turned up in my fb feed of this girl touching herself and doing other stuff on camera and I couldn't even handle that. So eventually I would like to watch it, but I just have to get over seeing internal organs in my face somehow.

It sickens me when people use God/Jesus and His good word as an excuse to condone people on their sexual preferences. So, the only time that sex is not a sin is when you do it with the person you are officially married to, when you want to have a child and never, under any circumstance, should you have sex for pleasure with any human being you are not married to, who is of the same gender or of a different race.
