So, this thread basically is meant to be a discussion place about your first car!

What was it? What do you want it to be? Did you like your first car, or did you hate it?

My first car was/is a 2000 Nissan Maxima. It's amazing, and I love it!

Mine is a 1985 CJ-7 Jeep
I just got it this past summer.
I absolutely love it and it's my dream car.
My dad had to rebuild almost the whole thing for me so it's even more special.

My first car was a 1998 Rav4. I absolutely loved it and want it back.
It was originally my aunt's car and I called dibs on it when I was 10, so it was basically my dream car.
It was totaled about a month ago, though. :(

Too young to drive. I want my first car to be nothing special, in fact, I want it to be ugly. I have a thing for ugly cars...vans actually. Then when I grow older like19, I want an Audi TT.

I'm getting my license in December and I reeeeally would like a car.
Preferably this lovely little vechical called the amigo.
Or an orignal, green VW beetle.

Mine is a pretty, dark red Acura Integra. :tehe: I just got it recently and am still practicing my driving in it before I start Driver's Ed next quarter.
It was originally some boy's car, so he had it all pimped out at first, with huge, shiny tire rims, which we had to chance since the tires were so small, they wouldn't make it through the winter. There's also some kind of newer radio installed inside of it, rather than the default radio it came with.

It's very low to the ground, though, which is way different than my mom's car, a Honda CR-V, and it feels...lighter, when driving it, compared to my mom's car, which always felt heavy and hard to turn.

^Heart-Shaped Box, I know EXACTLY how you feel. About the whole, you know, feeling lighter thing. I learned how to drive in my Mom's full size Suburban, and it was tough. I honestly prefer driving my car. Not just because of the novelty, just because it's so much easier.

My first car is a Grand Am Gold Pontiac. It's okay. I mean the air and the radio work so as long as those are working okay, then I'm good to go. Of course there are some other major problems but it's still running great. I really hope to eventually save enough money to buy a 911 Porshe Turbo. (my dream car) :D

1991 Toyota Corolla.

Almost twenty years old. Clunker, but I just had to love her. Alas, she was sold.

She was originally red, but faded to a lovely shade of coral.

My first car is probably going to be a black Mountaineer; but I would much rather have a jeep wrangler

I want it to be an orange Nissan 350z, but that will never happen.
I'm getting my mom's car, which is some sort of Toyota, haha.

I don't even take my test until June 15 so I have forever to figure out what car I can even afford

I have a 1992 Volvo 940 Turbo.
It's a big white station wagon and I love it. Its name is (courtesy of Spongebob and my friend) The Underwater Heartbreaker, Geraldine. And Genie (from Aladdin) sits on the dashboard. :]
It was originally my cousins' car, but they hated it and called it the "shit wagon". =/
The air conditioning doesn't work, and the stero was kind of crappy; but I just put the windows down in summer and one of my birthday gifts was an amazing new stero system.
It's strange though, all the "quirky" kids at school say they want it as well as some of the kids with brand new cars. Go figure.
Currently I'm trying to convince my parents to let me switch it over to a vegetable oil engine, or at least another type of alternative fuel, but no luck so far.

Also, I'm able to drive my family's 1980-something Jeep Laredo. I just have to get better at standards; by summer I should be good at it. :]
