    Buttt.

Dujo told me he calls it mee-bah.
So technically, it should be pronounced the way boss man wants it to be pronounced.

But I asked him if he cared, and he said not really :lmfao

    ---EDIT---

    I call it mih-bah :XD

I say Mib-uh, because that's how it should be said with proper English pronounciation and I'm a complete grammar whore.

I argued with my friend over this. She says Mi-buh I say Mee-buh
But yeah, I agree with Matt Parkman, say it however you want to.
As long as you create amazing work for the rest of us to read ^^ =]

    Mih-bbah

You have to hold the b sound. Several of my friends I've introduced to this site have Oldham accents, so it comes out Miihbbahr. Its quite comical. Also, my friend Gemma always says it really fast, so it sounds like she's skipped things: Mihb-er

you know, my friends introduced me to mibba and pronounced it mee-buh. so i started saying mee-buh, too. but then, since there were two b's, i said that maybe it should be pronounced mih-bah. we had a huge debate over it during lunchtime until another friend, who isn't a member (yet), screamed, "who the hell cares?"
then we stopped. out of habit, i still pronounce it "mee-ba" but i think it should be "mih-bah." personally.
hey, just a thought. has anyone asked dujo about this? he'd most likely be the one to know.

Although, the easiest and least confusing way to pronounce it would be "That site that loads of people are addicted to and find it really hard to stop going on to 'cause they feel empty with out it, and the only reason they'd ever stop going on was if they where banned but they try their very best not to get banned 'cause they'd just die if that happened. Even if they where banned they'd probably still lurk around just to try and get a fix."
    :file:

    Just a thought.
'Cause that's how I pronounce it. :weird

But I'm not sure that rule would apply anyway, 'cause Mibba was orginally an acronym.
Mibba was origionally an acronym? For what?

    I say Mib-ah. Sly

Big fucking ditto. And you're right by the way, the double consonant, makes the the vowel short. Thusly- Mih-buh. LOLZ. But I kindof adore all the different ways it is apparently pronounced. Makes me all happy inside. :tehe:
