    Can we have more than one account?

    You're only allowed one account on Mibba...ever.
    This means....
    • You cannot have more than one account. If you have two or more accounts, ALL accounts will be permanently banned from the site.
    • You cannot start a new one. Your new account(s) will be permanently banned from the site.
    Can we have joint accounts (accounts shared with someone else)?
    If you share an account with someone, that one account must be your only account.

    This means....
    • If you share an account with your friend, neither of you can have other separate accounts. That one account is for you to share. That one is your only account.

    I'm ready to permanently leave Mibba. What should I do?

    If you're no longer interested in being a part of Mibba, you should delete all the content from your account (including stories, poems, blogs, avatar/icon, ect.) and simply log-out.

    *Remember you cannout have more than one account on Mibba. So if you're simply trying to make a “fresh start” on Mibba, delete all your Mibba history (stories, poems, articles (PM an article editor), blogs, profile comments, and friends), and get a new layout and a new username. This is a sufficient way to start new on Mibba.

    How do I become a member of Mibba's staff?

    When new editors are needed, a thread for volunteers will be posted (one can be found here). There you can sign up to be considered for the position.

    When mods and admins are needed, the current staff and Dujo look for members who have been actively helpful on the boards and on other parts of the site (helping other members with their questions, helping to keep the boards and site clean by reporting).

    Why can't we see our subscribers or readers?

    It's a privacy issue. If we could see our subscribers or readers, authors might use that information to harass readers and subscribers who are not commenting or unsubscribe from their stories.

    If a reader/subscriber wants you to know who they are, they will comment or rec your story.

    How do I report something?

    The report buttons do not work currently, but you can PM a staff member to make a report. You can find more information on how to report something here.

    What are the medals on my info page / the number next to my username / points and how do I get them?

    The number next to your username and the medals on your info page are points. Everyone starts out with 100 points. Currently the points system is not fully implemented; there is no way to spend points, and you can only earn points by submitting an article or a book. The update thread for points is here, and you can visit this thread to read and contribute suggestions for the points system.

    You don't have to have a story layout if you don't want it.
    It's just something that you can use to decorate your story page and make it look pretty. :cute:

    How do you delete your Journals?

    I was asked to delete my Journal because my account will get banned.
    And I don't want to get banned!
    I only posted a story on there, I mean it's my Journal right?
    Just to say I'm only new, so I'm getting the hang of things (kind of.)

    How do you delete your Journals?

    I was asked to delete my Journal because my account will get banned.

    Just to say I'm only new, so I'm getting the hang of things (kind of.)
    So please help!
    You go to the list of your journals from my mibba, look at the right side and find the check box. Click the box that's next to the journal you wish to delete, go to the bottom of the list of journals and make sure the drop down menu says 'delete' then click the button next to it. You'll be brought to a screen that reassures you want to delete that journal, press 'ok' and it'll be deleted.

    I'm having issues! I want to upload my picture but whenever I try, I get this strange blank page. I put it on Photobucket to use the URL there, but it still doesn't work. Help much appreciated!

    If it's just a blank page, you can try pressing CTRL + F5.
    If that doesn't work, then you can save it to your computer, and upload it from your computer, rather than the URL.

    I have a question. What is that thing above your icone? It's the words between your username and icon whenever you post. Mine says, "writer's block", I think. What is that all about?

    ^ It's your rank. It changes depending on your post count and you can get a custon one (like mine) if you write an article/review/news. Though, the custom rank will only last a week unless you keep writing the articles.
