I didn't like Pierre's video. He's so vain in my opinion. I mean did he really have to do that thing about obvy watching porn on his laptop and jerking off? I didn't wanna see that and you could tell it was fake anyway.

I have mixed feelings about Pierre, and kind of always have. I remember once hearing that he was shy around fans, and when I met him 8 years ago, he did seem pretty shy. But when I tried to meet him at Warped last year, he just was kind of a dick. Don't get me wrong, I love SP, and have loved them for the past 9ish years, and their live performances are always amazing, but Warped last year made me lose a lot of respect for him, especially when I saw him nearly throw a camera back at a fan who just wanted a picture.

There weren't even a ton of people around him either. When I joined the group, there were maybe 15 or so people and he was just trying to run away pretty much, and he didn't try to hang out and talk or anything. And when he just walked away from the ten or so of us that were left, we all just looked at each other in shock and disappointment. I mean if he had something to do (There was still like 5 hours left until their set time), he could've at least been nicer and said something and I'm sure the fans would've understood, but to essentially storm off like he did....IDK It just kind of pissed me off. But that's just me.

At least when Chuck was out, he was hanging out and talking, and he was a sweetheart. Hell, he gave me a high five when I said I loved their new album, and then I said that it's been 7 years since I last saw SP live, and he was all "Oh wow, thank you for waiting."

Because the whole time surrounding their self-titled album, the US didn't get much attention from their tours and stuff. But of course, a few months after that album came out, I went to boot camp and essentially fell of the face of the earth for a while. XD

I've never met anyone in the band, and I hate sounding cliched, but he's human like everyone else and everyone has their bad days and for every story I've heard like yours Lisa, I've heard ones about him being an absolute sweetheart. But, of course everyone bases their thoughts on their experiences and I agree that would be disappointing.

I'd honestly be gutted if that happened to me. But, I don't think I'd lose respect for him. Not as an artist. Maybe just as a person. And this is why I like to stick to my fantasy Pierre in my head...though truth be told, he's worse than what you experienced...lol.

I don't know...I've always seen him as Evil Pierre. Maybe there's some truth in that ;). Lol.

Yeah that's kind of how it went. I didn't lose respect for him as an artist, but as a person. But you're right, he could've been having an off day. I mean, a friend of mine met him and didn't say anything about him being a douche.

Like...Seb is too sweet...Chuck's too...sweet...David's too...sweet and Jeff...well he's the sweetest and he's always talking about his kids...and Pierre...well...he is a damned show off...lol

David's just a whore...My friend went to see them in Denmark and she said she saw him going onto the bus with two girls but one of them came running off so fast with a smug look on her face. It was her first time seeing them since 2008 and apparently David took ages to come out because of the girls he took back to the bus.

They all have off days and the things I see about them being douches on tumblr and stuff...They're human they're allowed bad days.

I agree. I mean I'm sure if we were in the same position we'd probably do the same thing. Haha...I mean even Jesus lost his shit and he was meant to be perfect...lol

So I saw SP on Wednesday! It was amazing!! Although I kept getting shoved so bad. We had to go to the back otherwise my girlfriend and I probs would have passed out but it was a tiny venue anyway so we could still see everything so clearly :D

I got a picture with Chuck too...It was amazing.

Robyn (my partner) met the band because she went to interview them with a magazine called Rock Sound so she met them while I was waiting outside. I was still happy to get a photo with chuck. If we didn't have to go back to hers on the last train/bus back then we probs would have stayed after the show to meet them but we couldn't :(

It was still amazing though. I wish it was 1st-3rd May again...Just a few of the best days of my life. I have other best days but those were just a few of them :D haha.

Ok... I LOVE SIMPLE PLAN since like Wednesday XD... their newest album kinda describes my life sadly!

I might get to meet Simple Plan! I think I'll start fangirling once I have confirmation...but not in their presence...no because I'm much too mature for that...lol

Ah! That's great! I hope you do get to meet them! They're so sweet and really funny! I finally met them in February of this year and I was surprised how easy it was to talk to them. It was weird having them listen to something I had to say when for the last 10 years it's been me listening to them, haha. It was a fantastic day.

Their music helped me a lot thru my child/teenage hood. <3

Marly, when Robyn had the interview she wasn't allowed to fangirl so make sure you don't lool. Cause if she did she would have gotten kicked out.

I've met them 15 times in person now :D Well I only met Chuck this time but I've met the whole band 14 times and Chuck 15 :D
