Used to have waist light blonde length hair. Then I chopped it all off and dyed it. I honestly feel I can do more with it, because I have horribly thick hair.

I have been growing my hair out and I'm finally past my shoulders after a year. -.- Takes forever, I do love short hair but I don't want to do anything with short hair.

My hair is the longest it's been in years, which isn't that long, I guess, just to the tops of my boobs. I'm planning to let it grow out until next July/August. I'm going to get it cut before Burning Man, but I would like to see if I can grow it long enough for Locks of Love before that.

I'm currently growing my hair out. It's just past my shoulders now, which is probably the longest it has been in about two years. I keep getting it cut short 'cause I "miss short hair" or I use the excuse that "it's less hassle". I'm going to let my hair grow till it's to about my boobs. I think that's a nice length. :)

    I haven't cut my hair in a decade. :)
Well, of course I trim it, but nothing more than just trimming it.
It's at the bottom of my back now, and I hope to cut it sometime this year, even though I'm a bit nervous to.

I have really thick hair, and I haven't had it long for four years. Even then it was only just past my shoulders. I usually have it in a very short pixie cut, but right now it's sorta mullet-y which seems long for me. I do love long hair though, but I don't think I really suit it.

I've got super thick hair, and I'm growing it out. It's hell since it's curly, and they're just getting long enough to weigh themselves down again.

I have extremely long hair, as in past my butt, and i just want to say to all the people trying to grow their hair - the best way to do it is do nothing. Im serious, dont cut it or use products, just wash and condition (and brush, lol) and once it gets past eing a bit frizzy it settles own on its own... and its the easiest thing to do xD

I have splits ends all over the place and I hate it. (Bonus rage for having layered hair.) It seems like the only way to get rid of most of them is to chop my hair's length off. It's getting past my shoulders at this point and yes, I'm growing them out. And I think short hair looks horrible on me. xD

I need to put some time into trimming them off. Facepalm

Hair is currently to my lower back. It's a weird sort of color of brown, the result of dying my hair black once then never doing it again.
Straightening and combing it is a hassle... I lose about a fistful of hair each time!

I used to keep my hair short, like to my jaw, for the longest time and then I decided to stop getting it cut because I've donated my hair twice to Locks of Love and I wanted to do it again. However, in the two years that I've let it grow out, I've developed this weird attachment to it so I've taken to wearing wigs that are similar to my natural hair color and wearing those on the days that I feel like having short hair again because the urge doesn't last long enough for me to go and cut my hair. I'd regret it before it was even done.

I have long hair and I'm so over it. It's getting to hard to manage not to mention my split ends are driving me nuts. I'm getting it cut to just past my shoulders soon.

Mine's just above my hips and the shortest I've ever had it cut is just under my boobs. "Short hair" isn't in my vocabulary.
In summer I also get it layered, but throughout winter I just go "screw it" and let it do whatever it wants.

My hair is down past my boobs now. It's curly so I can't really tell exactly how long it is but it's getting to be longer than it's ever been. I haven't straightened it since April and it's grown so much since then!

My hair has weird phases. Sometimes it's thick for a few years, sometimes it's on the thinner side. Right now I think my hair is going towards the thinner side. Right now it's about three inches from my armpits (it sounds like I'm talking about armpit hair lmfao). I'm honestly thinking about cutting it. It's pretty and all but I don't take the best care of it, so my ends don't look that nice. I don't like other people cutting my hair because they 9 times out of 10 do something I don't want them to do (like angle it or layer it when I JUST SAY I WANT A STRAIGHT OLD TRIM). I'm thinking I might just cut 3 or so inches off + fix my over grown, uneven side bangs that don't hide my big ass forehead but emphasize it File

This isn't the longest my hair as been though. It was once a good inch or so from my bellybutton.

I had long hair throughout my childhood and it never really bothered me, even though it's pretty thick and I used to live in 100ºF weather. I cut it to about my shoulder blades when I was 15 so I could donate it and I kept it that way until I was about 20. But then I hated the last haircut I got and I haven't cut my hair since. Now my hair is back to around where it was when I was young (I can sit on it but really only if I try) and it's driving me up a wall. Its hot, it gets dirty so fast, it gets caught on everything, and when I try to put it up out of my face, it always falls down because it's too heavy. I'm finally biting the bullet and trying to get a haircut soon. I just hope I don't hate the haircut this time. Shifty
