Boudin! It's actually pretty good, if you can stomach the whole pig intestine thing!

    Ew.
The most exotic thing I've tasted was deer. I liked it until they said it was deer.

I was so mad, I killed BAMBI!
    :shifty:

I adore deer. My daddy and brothers are real big into hunting, so during deer season we always have some sort of tasty Venison delight. Dad makes deer jerky, or we get it processed into ground deer for spaghetti or hamburgers. You haven't lived 'til you've eaten a hamburger made from Venison. -drool-

    It also makes excellent sausage.

The most exotic food I've eaten would have to be snail. To be honest, I really couldn't taste them. They were cooked in garlic butter so all I could taste was garlic butter. :XD But it's the principal of having eaten them, right?:tehe:

In Love I'm coming to your house sometime. Srsly. I love deer burgers.

I've had buffalo, snails, and alligator.
And there's this "delicacy" called Land fish. It's a mushroom that tastes like fish.

I've had deer, wild turkey (my dad is a hunter), wild boar, ostrich, and bison (I ate these at Cabella's Outfitters). My cousin ate at this restaurant in Philly where she had cougar, and they were going to have kangaroo the next week.

Piella (though I don't think that's how it's spelled. It's pronounced Pie-Ella) at my Uncle's wedding. It was gross.
