    I'll see where Clyde takes this~ :D

    Clyde de la Flor-

    Tell me about yourself.

"Whaddya wanna know? Well... Ah... I'm Clyde de la Flor. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, 1869, grew up few miles north of it... Uh... I'm a smoker. I'm 6'5, and I'm what Veev would describe as 'bear size', ehehe, n' I have what some people refer to as 'devil eyes', which is a' course ridiculous. See, ah, the color part of them r' white. Well, I don't think so, I think they're jus' light grey but... Whatever... Anyway, for some reason people think that they're. uh, satanic r' somethin'. People r' so superstitious nowadays, 1920's r' nothin' like when I was growin' up. Uh... Ahaha, so superstitious in fact, eheh, people have gotten the idea that I'm some sorta ghost r' demon or some shit like that. S'ridiculous, right? By the way, I'm immortal. Tha's worth mentioning. N' I guess that's why people have gotten the notion that I'm some advocate fer the devil. Let's see, uh... I heard this the other day, apparently if you say my name three times in a row I appear n' kill ya n' the last thing you see 'fore you die is the white glow a' m'eyes. Ahahah, seriously, what the hell? Though I can't blame 'em, I am a notorious criminal n', after all, I was publically executed in 1892. In fact, that was a year after I became immortal. How am I, you ask? Tha's a secret, like I'm jus' gonna go 'round tellin' people the formula t'eternal life. Really. N' I'm not immortal in the way ya might think, not like a, uh, a vampire r' zombie or nothin'. I don't eat brains or suck blood. I don't have pale skin, but... I am dead. Clinically dead, I mean. Asked a doctor if I was alive he'd tell ya no, but I am. Never felt more alive than now, in truth. Hell, I've 'died' more times than you could shake a stick at but I feel fine... Alright, now, uh... What's the next question now?"

What is your most important accomplishment to date?

"Hm, I guess founding out the secret to immortal life would be considered a pretty important milestone in history... Not like I'll ever tell, can you imagine how much of a pain in the ass it'd be t'have a bunch a' people walkin' around that you can't kill?"

How would you describe your ideal job?

"Hm, I gotta say, I like the job I have now. Self-employed, y'know. Used to be though, see, uh, back round, uh... 1895-1900, 'round that time, I used to get these... requests by thesse mobsters to kill someone from their rival gang r' whatever. I did that fer awhile, it paid well but... I didn't like taking orders... Plus, the rival gang I was killin' off didn't take too kindly t'me so they got a buncha their guys n' shot me down. So that was the end a' that... Seein' as they thought I was dead n' all. Since then I've jus' been doin' what I want to, organized crime was never my thing... If you wanna get things done right ya gotta do it yerself."

    What goals do you have?

"Hm... I got a couple in mind... One, not let anyone find out my identity, V's the only one who knows that. It's gonna be a real pain in the ass if anyone found out that even after the notorious Clyde de la Flor's execution, he's still walkin' aournd. But like I said before, people've got the crazy notion that I'm some sorta ghost r' somethin'... As ridiculous as it is, it's better than people knowin' what I really am. N' next, finding a way for V to be immortal too. 'Cept, due to certain reasons I'm not gonna say, I don't want her immortal the same way I am."

How do you plan to achieve these goals?

"If I knew I'd have 'em achieved already, wouldn't I?"

How do you personally define success?

"When somethin' you want turns out like you want it, or atleast turns out for the better anyway."

Describe a situation in which you were successful.

"Hm... There've been, uh, multiple occaisions in which, ah, have worked out how I liked... Oh, recently, V n' I, we acquired, actually stole, No... Not really stole. The car'd been sittin' there fer weeks so I figured... Hell, nice car like that jus' sittin' there... A right shame... So, anyway... Apparently, as V says, I'm not the best at driving' it since... I kinda had to figure it out myself. But I convinced her to let me drive it 'cos she had hidden the keys somewhere... But, yea! Successful at that! Jus' her one condition was that she'd only get in the car if she was driving... V's jus' paranoid, tha's all... I almost, ALMOST, crash it one, two, times n' she thinks I'm a bad driver... I drive it fine... Ah.. Anyway... Next question..."

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?

"I don't know. Really, what's with all these questions 'bout goals n' accomplishments? I dunno if it's jus' me r' not but I don't give too much thought to things like that. Jus'... Accomplish somethin', great, let that be that... Hm... I need a cigarette... Damn... Did I leave 'em in the car?"

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?

"I'd would've paid more attention t'what was happenin' with my sister when she was alive. Maybe if I did she wouldn't have killed 'erself."

Would you rather work with information or with people?

"Depends. Though I usually do only like workin' either by m'self r' with V, sometimes it's easier to get things doen with a bit a' help. I mean, if yer tryin' to lift a boulder knowin' how much it weighs isn't gonna help you if yer alone."

    Are you a team player?

"Lookit my last answer. If the situation calls for it I don't mind workin' with someone."

    What motivates you?

"Y'know... These questions r' getting real annoying... How bout this, ah? What motivates you? Please. I'd love to know. "

    Are you a goal-orientated person?

"There are really an awful lotta goal questions here... Why am I even here? Alright, ah, I have a new goal. N' I'm gonna orientate m'self to blwoin' up this thread so I don't have to answer anymore pointless questions. That work for ya?"

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.

"....I'm going now... These questions r' starting to piss me off."

What are your short term goals?

"Uh... Well... I wanna find my cigarettes... Aahhh... This always happens, I always... Misplace 'em somewhere..."

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?

"Same thing I'm doin' now. I don't have any... Specific plans... 'Cept hopefully V will be immortal by then. If she hits 30 'fore that happens she's never gonna shut up. Not like she does anyway... But, uh, to a much larger extent... Givin' me a headache jus' thinkin' about it..."

Where do you want to be ten years from now?

"I really don't think about these kinda things... Whether it be 10 years or a 100 years from now, I jus' wanna do what I wanna do. But what happens, happens. que sera sera, y'know?"

    Do you handle conflict well?

"I like to think I do... But my way of goin' about it may be questionable to some... Least tha's what V says, n' then again I don't understand half the things that come outta her mouth."

What major problem have you ha-

"No, no, no. 'Fore you start gettin' off on whatever it is yer gonna say... Yea, uh...I've got better things to do than jus' sit 'round here answerin' these, n' so it seems like these aren't gonna end anytime soon, I'm afraid I must take my leave. Jesus..."

    Do you handle pressure well?

"I'm ignorin' you. Go away, 'fore I put yer lights out."

    What is your greatest strength?

"Y'see this? This is a gun. A blunderbuss to be exact. N' it's good for a lotta things. It's good for... Shooting, bludgeoning, y'know, jazz like that. N' if you don't shut the fuck up yer gonna be on the recieving end of it."

    What is your greatest weakness?

"....I like to think I'm a reasonably patient person... But that's proving t'be difficult. Yes, yes... Restraint... That's a bit of a problem with me. Restraint from, ah, taking this, this gun here, and- No, no... I'm better than that... Restraint... Alright, alright... I'm gonna try to get through with the rest a' these... 'Cos I'm a very... Zen person... Cool as a cucumber... Calm and collected... Now ask your damn question already."

What were your favorite classes? Why?

"Hm. When I was in school as a kid, we only had 3 subjects. The 3 R's, we called 'em. Reading, writing, n' 'rithmetic. But I wouldn't know, I never liked school too much... Boring..."

    Is money important to you?

"Not nearly as much to me as it is to V. Never seen a more materialistic girl..."

How much money do you need to make to be happy?

"Long as I can get what I need then I'm fine... This the last question? Well... I gotta say I'm proud a' m'self... I went through all that without someone endin' up dead... I'm not doin' one a' these again though..."

    Tell me about yourself.

Well let's see. My name is Susan, I'm thiry-five years old, I wear glasses, I have a cat, I live and work in hell... I don't really know what to say. I've never been good at these About sections.

What is your most important accomplishment to date?

Getting those damn appartments sorted, I suppose.

How would you describe your ideal job?

    Doesn't matter, I won't get it anyway.

    What goals do you have?

I have no goals beyond keeping my boss happy.

How do you plan to achieve these goals?

I've been here for 500 years and I still haven't found out.

How do you personally define success?

Getting everything ready for when Death comes at the end of every week.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.

Well, for example, a months back I helped Michael sort out a vortex which had trapped a few souls over in Limbo. Very standard work.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?

    Only one thing?

Would you rather work with information or with people?

Information. People ask too many questions and are always making demands.

    Are you a team player?

    No.

    What motivates you?

    Nothing to be honest.

    Are you a goal-oriented person?

    I wouldn't say I am.

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.

If you had read my earlier answers, you'd know what my goads were.

    What are your short-term goals?

    Look above.

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?

Same as I'm doing now; working in hell.

Where do you want to be ten years from now?

    See above.

    Do you handle conflict well?

Very well I'd say; if people are arguing with me, I zap them. Easy enough.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?

Lust. He won't leave me alone.

    Do you handle pressure well?

Sort of. Depends on how much pressure and how fast I can sort things out.

    What is your greatest strength?

    I'm quite level-headed.

    What is your greatest weakness?

I guess I can be quite moody sometimes.

What were your favorite classes? Why?

    School? Never went.

    Is money important to you?

    Nope.

How much money do you need to make to be happy?

I don't care about money. Didn't you read the answer to the last question?

    Eh, why not.

    Tell me about yourself.
Well, my name's Yas. I'm a Siberian Husky.... Uh, well I'm a Caniskae, so I'm human most of the time. I work for The Union, doing their dirty work, have been since I hit 21. Uh, I live in Tama when I'm not working, which is one of the capital cities for us dogs. It's a really great city...

What is your most important accomplishment to date?
Most important... ? Hell, I don't know, I don't think I have one. I haven't really achieved much with my life so far. That's bad considering how old I am, isn't it?

How would you describe your ideal job?
You know what, I do love what I do now! The whole hunting and putting people in their place, thing? I mean, it's not ideal, really, but I like to have a bit of power... And it's not like I'd be able to have another job if I wanted one anyway. And I'm good at my job! Well, most of the time... But that's got to be a bonus.

    What goals do you have?
To stop being just what I am. A dog that works for The Union. But don't tell them that... We're supposed to be 100% obedient. We hunt down those that aren't, and I'm pretty sure I'm not being tailed right now.

How do you plan to achieve these goals?
The Midnight Syndicate is a start. We're basically triple bluffing... Well, everyone. It's not a bad thing, you just have to stay on your toes a lot. Especially me considering what department I'm in.

How do you personally define success?
    Being free. That's it.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.
Uhh, okay. So I was doing this hunt once? It as fucking insane. Like, I didn't know who was with us and against us. It was like a war or something... Maybe not that drastic. Anyway, I managed to blag my way out of getting attacked by one of the humans. Apparently I'm way too relaxed to be a dog. Ha! Shows how much they knew. Though Kai is pretty uptight a lot of the time...

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
Uh, I think I said this before. I don't have many accomplishments. I just do what I do.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
Uh. I don't think there's anything I'd like to change. To be honest, I've been pretty lucky. I've fooled death a load of times. If I had to live my life over again, I don't think there's any guarantee I'd still be here right now.

Would you rather work with information or with people?
Huh. Well, I work with both all the time. I'm better with information, and I'm not a huge fan of large groups, really. Probably information. It doesn't argue back.

    Are you a team player?
Totally. I work with people in the Syndicate all the time. Everyone's interpretation and instincts matter, you know?

    What motivates you?
Motivation? Kai, definitely. He gave me his dream, and I ended up chasing it too. I wouldn't have anything to fight for without him, and in a way I want to fight for him too. He needs to be free, more than any of us.

    Are you a goal-oriented person?
While on a job? Yes. Well, that's obvious. We're given a goal and we have to achieve it within so long. Life in general, not so much. I just go with the flow.

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
Get Kai back in on the job. I didn't do much to achieve it though. The Unions wanted him back, and I just had to go find him. A little bit of information here and there, and I've found myself a hunter. It was more coincidentally achieved.

    What are your short-term goals?
    Don't think I have one.

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
Same as what I'm doing now. I've been doing it for decades, so I doubt much will change. We're like well-oiled machines or something. Come to think of it, why don't they just get mechanical hunters? Huh, nice plan there Yas...

Where do you want to be ten years from now?
Want? Well, I'd like to be able to live a normal life. I'd like to give up the hunt. Yeah, it's fun, but I could think of a lot more interesting things to fill up my time.

    Do you handle conflict well?
Not so much. I'm a thinker, not a fighter. I mean, I can handle myself pretty well, but I'm not one of the best. That's not to say I'd roll over and die if I was attacked, though.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
My last job was hell. They sent me out on an execution hunt... On my own. I swear they were just trying to get rid of me or something.

    Do you handle pressure well?
Ah, now pressure I'm good with. Well, with humans. I seem really calm on the outside, but dogs have told me they can sense me panicking. But I can work under pressure, either way.

    What is your greatest strength?
I suppose being a Caniskae. We're a lot more intelligent and physically capable than humans.

    What is your greatest weakness?
    Women. I'm not even joking.

    What were your favorite classes?
Classes? Oh man I loved Gun Skills 101. I really like guns... Kai's more of a blade guy. He doesn't understand.

    Is money important to you?
Not all the time. I've got friends in high places, so I can get a lot of stuff done for free or on the cheap.

How much money do you need to make to be happy?
Enough to stock up on bullets! Ha.

I had a lot of time to kill. :shifty

    Do you handle conflict well?

    Do you handle pressure well?
    N-no, it's just like conflict.

    What is your greatest strength?
    Um, I dunno.

    What is your greatest weakness?
    Erm...I-I-I I dunno, I have quite a few...

What were your favorite classes? Why?
    I was homeschooled, b-but I liked Math.

    Is money important to you?
    N-not really.

How much money do you need to make to be happy?
J-just enough to keep the house and my birds, I g-guess.

    Tell me about yourself.

*People tell me I speak like that vampire character from a decade ago--Edward Cullen, was it? Apparently he was from another century. I blame my language on an early interest in literature.

What is your most important accomplishment to date?

*A handful of successful art shows-- and some of my work hanging in galleries.

How would you describe your ideal job?

*Playing in a professional orchestra, with a few vacations here and there for painting sessions.

    What goals do you have?

    *Winning an award.

How do you plan to achieve these goals?

*By doing what I do now.

How do you personally define success?

*Achieving whatever it is you have aspired for.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.

*The pride in Mom and Dad's face after my first recital.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?

    *My music and my art.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?

    *That one night.

Would you rather work with information or with people?

*People with the traits of information-- silent, unquestioning, useful.

    Are you a team player?

    Not particularly.

    What motivates you?

    *My father.

    Are you a goal-oriented person?

    *Perhaps.

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.

*I painted, I practiced my instruments... this interview is becoming unbelievably and annoyingly centered on work. I dislike it.

    What are your short-term goals?

*Finishing that series, taking out Charlie...

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?

    *Working.

Where do you want to be ten years from now?

*I believe I just answered this question in a different form, a while back.

    Do you handle conflict well?

*If by 'well' you mean amiably, perhaps. I prefer to keep my anger hidden.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?

    *Drunken escapades.

    Do you handle pressure well?

    *Same as conflict.

    What is your greatest strength?

    *I do care a lot.

    What is your greatest weakness?

    *I do care a lot.

What were your favorite classes? Why?

*English, Literature, Art, Music, History. I am growing tired of this discourse, to be quite honest.

    Is money important to you?

*It's important for living, so I won't be a hypocritce and deny that fact.

How much money do you need to make to be happy?

    *Enough.

    -

    -

Ugh. Why was that annoyingly centered around WORK and GOALS and SUCCESS? T_T

Victory Noelle Carter;; Chasing the Night
Tell me about yourself. My name is Victory Carter. My mother insists on calling me by my full name- Victoria. I'm 17. I used to live in Crystal Bay, NV, before my mother published a research paper on something-or-other and moved us to Napa, CA. Oh! I have a band with my best friends, called Chasing Hollywood. My boyfriend, Blayne is our manager, pretty much.
What is your most important accomplishment to date? I'd say the fact that I was able to convince my mother I was sick during her 4th of July barbeque, get ready for a show in less than 15 minutes, leave about an hour late and drive to NV, and only arrive 10 minutes late.
How would you describe your ideal job? Touring with Charlie, Lia, Vana, along with Blayne and Jeff, spreading our music all over the world.
What goals do you have? Short term would be for me to be able to go back to Nevada whenever possible to play shows without getting caught. Long term would be to get signed, and start touring.
How do you plan to achieve these goals? #1, to ask the maid to cover for me when I sneak out. #2, to play as many shows as possible and hope there's a scout there. We've got a bit of publicity already, so...
How do you personally define success? Doing what you love, and being happy with it.
If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change? I'd stand up to my mom and not take her crap. I'm tired of her trying to make me into someone I'm not.
Would you rather work with information or with people? People, most definitely.
Are you a team player? Seeing as I'm in a band, I kind of have to be. So, yeah.
What motivates you? The fact that there's so many kids that are affected by the music we cover and write. I know what music's done for me, and now I get to help kids.
What are your short-term goals? See above.
What do you see yourself doing five years from now? Touring, recording...Making music in general, I suppose.
Where do you want to be ten years from now? Hopefully married, maybe with kids. But still in the band.
Do you handle conflict well? It depends. I just tend to get angry, start yelling and start hitting/throwing things.
What major problem have you had to deal with recently? It's the ongoing problem of my mother trying to have the 'perfect family'. Which we don't, and i like it like that.
Do you handle pressure well? Sorta.
What is your greatest strength? I don't know. My voice, I guess.
What is your greatest weakness? I'm a sucker for anything romantic.
What were your favorite classes? Why? Music and art. Why? Because they were the only classes i was better at everyone else in. And I wasn't failing them
Is money important to you? Not really.
How much money do you need to make to be happy? none. As long as I've got my friends, I can bum a meal, and bed and some clothes.

    Tell me about yourself.
Like what? My name's April Grey. I live a life of medeocrity.

What is your most important accomplishment to date?
Let's see.. I don't know. Not going insane?

How would you describe your ideal job?
I don't know. I like to film things. Maybe be a cameraman for one of those crazy survival TV shows?
    Yeah, right.

    What goals do you have?
Goals? My goals are to interact with people as least I can.

How do you plan to achieve these goals?
    By not interacting with people?

How do you personally define success?
Having lots of stuff and a good job, I guess.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.
I've never really succeded and much. I couldn't really name you a situation unless I thought really hard, and I don't want to.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
Eating lunch is a pretty satisfying accomplishment for me.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
    I would change lives?

Would you rather work with information or with people?
    Oh, God, information. People suck.

    Are you a team player?
NO. It's something I'm proud of.

    What motivates you?
    Hmmm, not much.

    Are you a goal-oriented person?
    I wouldn't say I am.

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
I was trying REALLY hard to ignore the new boy. It didn't work out so well.

    What are your short-term goals?
    To be happier, maybe.

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
Working at a dead in job and living in a crappy apartment. I mean, I don't mean to be cynical, but it's just what will probably happen. At least it will be better than living with my parents.

Where do you want to be ten years from now?
I want to be somewhere where people won't be bothering me and asking me stupid questions.

    Do you handle conflict well?
    I love conflict.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
    Talking to someone at school.

    Do you handle pressure well?
    Sure. I just ignore it.

    What is your greatest strength?
My strengths are one thing I'm positive about. I think I'm strong because I don't give in to trends and stupid fads like everyone else. That's just one. I could go on for a while, I think.

    What is your greatest weakness?
    I don't think I have any.

What were your favorite classes? Why?
I don't know. Something quiet where I don't have to work with other people.

    Is money important to you?
I suppose it is. I mean, who can get anywhere without money, right?

How much money do you need to make to be happy?
    As much as it takes.

    Tell me about yourself.
My is Aiden, I'm fifteen and in the 10th grade... I have type 1 diabetes, I just moved, I live with my parents, little brother Spencer and my cousin Mary. And I like music.
That's kind of just the basics. There's a lot more about me, of course.

What is your most important accomplishment to date?
Oh, wow. I don't know. I guess just when I see how much Spencer looks up to me I feel really accomplished because I know I'm a pretty good role model.
    I think.

How would you describe your ideal job?
Well, maybe it would be doing something with kids, or something. I don't know. There's lots of stuff I'd like to do.

    What goals do you have?
I really want to make some friends here. But I don't think it will be that hard. I've been the new kid before.
And I want to help Mary get better.

How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Well there's this girl, April, who looks pretty cool. She's goes to my school. I don't think she really has many friends, so I'm going to try to buddy up with her, first.
As for Mary... I'm just doing everything I can.

How do you personally define success?
When you're happy and you're actually doing something good that's amounting to something and helping people, that's success.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.
There's been quite a few times when Mary's been depressed that I've had to go cheer her up. I always can, too, and I think that's quite a success.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
I haven't really had that much time time to make any big accomplishments yet. I guess the fact that I seem to stay pretty positive most of the time could be considered an accomplishment to some people, and it makes me happy.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
    I don't think I would change anything.

Would you rather work with information or with people?
I like to work with other people. There's so many people out there with all these different lives and ideas... it's just cool.

    Are you a team player?
    I try to be.

    What motivates you?
    Happiness. My family.

    Are you a goal-oriented person?
Not always. I mean, when I have a goal, I work towards it. But I don't base my life on working towards goals, you know?

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
At my old school I had a friend named Mark - my best friend, actually, still is - and this loser named Larry stole something from him. I got it back for Mark, but I can't say I did it in a really heroic way. I basically just broke in to Larry's locker and stole it back.
But that's just the first thing off the top of my head. I have more - but you don't want to hear about all that.

    What are your short-term goals?
    Make friends, like I said.

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
I really don't know. There's so many possibilites.

Where do you want to be ten years from now?
Where, as in a physical sense, or mental? Either way, I don't really know. Wherever life takes me, I guess. Damn, that sounds cheesy, though.

    Do you handle conflict well?
I don't think so, no. I get really stressed out in conflict. But I handle it as well as I can, I guess.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
Moving. It sucked. Especially because of the reasons.

    Do you handle pressure well?
Nah. It's the same thing as with the conflict.

    What is your greatest strength?
I don't know... I'm good at keeping upbeat, I guess.

    What is your greatest weakness?
    I don't know.

What were your favorite classes? Why?
I like stuff like art and music and stuff. Any of the kind of creative thing. But really there's no class I dislike, besides gym.

    Is money important to you?
    No.

How much money do you need to make to be happy?
Just enough to live on. But if doing what makes me happy gets me more, that's fine too.

    - The death of a loved one: If he noticed it, it wouldn't matter unless it was Matt. Then he would fall into an endless depression.
    - A natural disaster: hurricane/earthquake, etc.: unknown
    - Being fired: He'd be pissed and freak out.
    - Meeting an old friend or enemy not seen for years: Well in Matt's case, have a heart attack.
    - Having or raising children: Is a big no for him. In a different circumstance, such as with Matt, he doesn't know.
    - Being raped/mugged/violated in some way: He would expect it.
    - An unexpected kindness or compliment: He would react badly, accuse them of being full of shit, and be a total jerk to them. He isn't used to it.
    - A serious illness such as AIDS or cancer: Freak out. Start crying.
    - A flat tire on the expressway: Start swearing.
    - An interracial relationship: Unknown.
    - Five minutes on local or national TV: Try to ignore it.

Pierre Charbonneau from Send My Love To The Dance Floor

    ---

    Tell me about yourself.
Well, I'm Pierre Charbonneau. I am a dance teacher and choreographer and I hail from Longueuil Quebec.

What is your most important accomplishment to date?
I think, having been in a major dance show for three months before having started teaching.

How would you describe your ideal job?
I have it. I teach my passion to others who are as engrossed in dance as I am. It is the best feeling in the world.

    What goals do you have?
My goal is to be happy. Be happy and find love and live the fullest life I can.

How do you plan to achieve these goals?
I already found my love. If she accepts me, then I shall treat her as she should be treated and do anything to keep her.

How do you personally define success?
If you think you did well, if you are truly proud of yourself, if you are happy, then you have succeeded.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.
I choreographed the perfect dance for the perfect dancer. She danced it beautifully. I cannot be more successful than that.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
Again, seeing Eva dance my dance. I cannot even describe to you how proud that made me. And not just for myself. But other than that, I won an award from my dance school for being the best male contemporary dancer when I was seventeen, and again when I was eighteen. I was rivaling against someone I was not fond of, so it was good for many reasons.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
Nothing. I am perfectly happy with everything I have done and where I have ended up.

Would you rather work with information or with people?
People. I've never liked desks and text books and computers. I love socialization and civilization. I believe that you learn about yourself through your friends. You cannot learn who you are through a screen.

    Are you a team player?
Yes. I have always preferred dancing and working in groups. I believe you draw from your partner, they inspire you. Of course, that only works if you are compatible.

    What motivates you?
Dancing. It has always been my life. Music does. I think that bands like Queen and artists like Jimi Hendrix are amazing and their brilliance inspires me to try and be brilliant.

    Are you a goal-oriented person?
Not very. I don't set goals. I live to live.

    What are your short-term goals?
    Eva. Simply Eva.

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
I hope to still be dancing and instructing and teaching, maybe have Eva with me.

Where do you want to be ten years from now?
    Same as my previous answer.

    Do you handle conflict well?
I tend to shut down when people confront me. I try to sort it out calmly. The louder people yell, the calmer I become.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
My brother, Andre coming back. He sees me as competition and tries to win over everything and everyone I want. But he is my brother, so I must love him.

    Do you handle pressure well?
Yes. I don't really let pressure get to me. If there is a recital or a competition or a show, I make sure I am ready for it. There is nothing else you can do.

    What is your greatest strength?
I know what I talk about. I am not an ignorant person, and I make sure I know what is going on and have an opinion based on the facts of the matter.
Also, I tend to be there for the people I love. I have a strong network of loved ones, and I can keep them together.

    What is your greatest weakness?
When I fall in love, I invest my entire being in it. Whether that be falling in love with dancing or falling in love with a person. And I do not get over the rejection or the abandonment when it inevitably happens.

What were your favorite classes? Why?
My favourite class was English, before I graduated. Easiest class for me, really.

    Is money important to you?
Not really. I am not exactly 'rolling' as you would say, but I am content. It seems, the more you have the more you want. That is no way to live.

How much money do you need to make to be happy?
I am content with what I already have. Money is not an issue.

Eva Moralez from Send My Love To The Dance Floor

    ---

    Tell me about yourself.
Uh, I'm Eva. I'm eighteen. I've got a baby sister, Ella. I'm a Salsa and Contemporary dancer, but I'm not too great at Contemporary.

What is your most important accomplishment to date?
    I don't really have one. I mean, no, I don't.

How would you describe your ideal job?
I don't even know what I want to do. I took a year off college to learn Contemporary. And now every thing's different and complicated. I used to have the notion of becoming a child psychologist, but I don't think I really want to do it. And now I'm really freaking out! I don't think I even want to go to college.

    What goals do you have?
Get a proper job, get better in Contemporary. Nothing big, really.

How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Uh, eventually maybe go to college and work hard in my lessons.

How do you personally define success?
When everyone's cheering for you, you know you've done well.

Describe a situation in which you were successful.
My recital a few days ago went okay. It wasn't a big deal or anything, but I didn't screw up. So that's a success.

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
    I don't really have any.

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
I'd have somehow known earlier that dad had cancer. And if I couldn't do that, I'd be there better for mom and Ella. So that they wouldn't suffer as much as they did. I wouldn't be so selfish.

Would you rather work with information or with people?
Mostly alone. I've only got a few friends, and I like it that way. I like having a few friends that you know will always be there for you.

    Are you a team player?
Not really. I tend to screw up too much.

    What motivates you?
Dancing. Watching other dance. Especially Pierre. I don't think he even knows how beautiful he is when he dances.

    Are you a goal-oriented person?
I used to be. I would be still if things weren't so complicated.

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
Didn't I already answer this sort of? Like, ten seconds ago. I want to be better in Contemporary, and I plan to achieve that by practicing.

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
    I don't know. I really don't know right now.

Where do you want to be ten years from now?
    I really have no idea.

    Do you handle conflict well?
No. I get really, really angry and violent and I freak out.

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
Falling in love with my dance teacher. My step dad dying. Moving from Toronto to Montreal.

    Do you handle pressure well?
No. I get so nervous and I try to back out of things.

    What is your greatest strength?
Uh... well I guess I tend to try and be there as much as I can for everyone.

    What is your greatest weakness?
I tend to think I'll so worse than I actually will do. I'm usually right, but it's a bit disabling when I'm not.

What were your favorite classes? Why?
Uh, I just graduated. So the only classes I'm taking are my dance classes.

    Is money important to you?
No. Not really. I'd like to be comfortable, but I don't need to be rich or anything.

How much money do you need to make to be happy?
I live at home with my mom. I don't know. Enough to live on.

    Tell me about yourself.

"I'm a very lucky twelve year old girl named Marie."

What is your most important accomplishment to date?

"I've been going to school for the first time the past few weeks. My grades aren't so bad and I have friends."

How would you describe your ideal job?

"I want to be a writer, like my mother. I want to be able to touch people and their emotion through writing. I want to be able to create something beautiful, like how my mother once did."

    What goals do you have?

"I wish to be a generally happy person through-out my life."

How do you plan to achieve these goals?

"I refuse to let depression get to me. Even at the times when I was ill."

How do you personally define success?

"Being able to accept the outcome of the battle happily and contently."

Describe a situation in which you were successful.

"When the doctors diagnosed me. I couldn't believe a word they said. They said I was dying. But eleven year olds don'tdie."

What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?

"I was able to prove those doctors wrong. I didn't die."

If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?

"Nothing. I like my life the way it is."

Would you rather work with information or with people?

    "With people."

    Are you a team player?

    "My family."

    Are you a goal-oriented person?

    "Um... no."

Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.

"I feel like I've already been asked this question."

    What are your short-term goals?

    "To impress."

What do you see yourself doing five years from now?

    "Still studying, actually."

Where do you want to be ten years from now?

    "Writing, hopefully."

    Do you handle conflict well?

"Probably. I handled my sickness well, so yes."

What major problem have you had to deal with recently?

"Studying, I still can't get the hang of it."

    Do you handle pressure well?

    "Not at all, I'm afraid."

    What is your greatest strength?

"I believe I'm a very opinionated person - for an eleven year old, I guess. And I don't let anything just bring me down. I like bringing the happiness out in people and myself."

    What is your greatest weakness?

"I'm sensitive. The slightest reaction of offense towards me makes me feel weak."

What were your favorite classes? Why?

"Were? I would have to say learning French when I was home-schooled."

    Is money important to you?

"I don't know. Probably very important - I don't want my family and I starving or living in the streets."

How much money do you need to make to be happy?

"Just enough to feed my family and I."

As I only have nameless original characters and those who appearing only in vague one-shots I did this with Shawn instead. He’s a fanficional character so yeah, he’s based on a real person and some of these answers, or part of, you’d probably find in scattered throughout interviews somewhere on the interwebs. But I’ve done quite the job of developing my character Shawn. Plus, I had homework to procrastinate.
And, oh, I did this lame thing you find in some written interview where laugh and longer pauses and such are included in brackets. Because I’m that cool. :file:

    ---

    Tell me about yourself.
“My name’s Shawn Kevin Harris. I’m in a band. Called The Matches. And I play guitar. And I sing.”
What is your most important accomplishment to date?
“Oo, that’s a hard one. Yeaa. Maybe, maybe that I’ve gotten so far with, like my band? But that’s not only my achievement, huh? That’d be, that be, like you know, saying it’s all me? Aa, that wouldn’t be fair to the other guys in the band. So, my most important accomplishment is yet to come. Yeah. But, or was it, the question, ‘to date’? Oh. [pauses] I don’t know then. [smiles]”
How would you describe your ideal job?
“Doing what I do. Play music. Art. Maybe, like, that I’d get more money. [smiles] But it’s like, art and music, that shouldn’t be an industry. So you’re torn, you know? I can’t get no money because I don’t like, want another job on the side. But. Yeea. It doesn’t have to be ridiculously much though, you know? If I can just do this and make a living of it that’s ideal.”
    What goals do you have?
“Goals? I think one of my goals. Wooould be. Yeah, it’d be to write, I wanna write the best song that’s ever been written. The best song that’s ever been written now is Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah. I don’t know if. If I can beat that. But. And also put out one record a year. That’s a goal. I want our band to put out a record a year. I don’t like waiting forever on albums. The Beatles put out, like, two a year.”
How do you plan to achieve these goals?
    “I don’t. I don’t plan. [smiles]”
How do you personally define success?
“I don’t think I’m the right person to define success. Like, what is success? Who, who measures it? How would you measure it? If we can’t define what success is generally how would I narrow it down to a personal perspective? And we can’t define it generally because it’s not general, it’s individual. And now I’m back where I started, huh? I think I define success as that indefinable pinhole on the scale where you’re allowed to flash everyone a big toothy grin and flaunt your ego a bit.”
Describe a situation in which you were successful.
“That time when I grinned and paraded my ego around.”
What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?
“Ehem, that’s something to be kept on the down looow. If this were one of those magazines you tend to hide under your bed, now, that’s another thing. But kids might read this.”
If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
“What would I change? It’s tempting to say nothing because everything I’ve done have lead to this point in life where I am. But do I like where I am? I guess, I guess I do. There are some things that, you know, maybe I would like to have done differently. But maybe it’s all like a giant construction and if you remove one part you demolish all pieces placed on top of it? Like, you change one decision and all that would follow will never happen? And if I had done anything differently I wouldn’t be here. Maybe I’d just change my answers on the previous question of this interview to something wittier.”
Would you rather work with information or with people?
“Both. And like, that’s what I do, in a way I guess. Or. Like, I don’t inform people like informing them but I tell people things via lyrics and art and, you know, like my blog. That’s not really informing, is it? Guess I have to go with people then.”
    Are you a team player?
“No, I got to where I am only on my charm and looks. [laughs] Sure, yeah. I’d have to be, right? Otherwise I wouldn’t still have a band after like eleven years. They’d kicked me to the curve way, waaay back.”
    What motivates you?
“I’m gonna take the easy way out on this one and say the fans.”
    Are you a goal-oriented person?
“Not, um, really? [laughs] No but I-I try to reach my goal and, but, I’m kind of a procrastinator too so I start things. And yeah, then it takes me ages before I follow through.”
Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you did to achieve them.
“Put out another record. No one wants to be a sophomore for long. And to achieve it. Um. [pauses] I think, maybe, falling flat on my face with our second album? Because that one slipped into the oblivion before it could ever see the daylight novelty music generally does, you know. And I think that, that kind of made me, almost want to give up, you know? And it’s like, I hade given up on it but I wouldn’t stop, like, writing. I gave up and suddenly wrote at least one song a day. Just lots and lots of lyrics. And I don’t like work. I don’t want to be working, it’s just- It bums me out, man. So we made another album.”
    What are your short-term goals?
“To. Finish some art project I’ve been working on. Yeeeah. And I would say finish a music video that I’ve been making stop motion animations for for like, two years now? But yeah, I can’t promise that one to be short-term.”
What do you see yourself doing five years from now?
“How do we even know the world still exists five years from now? The Maya Indians predicted the world would end 2012. [pauses] But if it doesn’t I’ll still be making music. Probably gonna make another record. And I will have written the best song ever written. I’ll do that three years from now. After that, eeeeeh, I dooon’t really know if, if I will. [pauses] Maybe six years from now I'll be doing musicals. [smiles] No, just kidding, just kidding. Oh, God, noo. I don't want to be doing that. I don't want to leave my band.”
Where do you want to be ten years from now?
“I think the important question is not where I want to be but who I want to be. And what people I want to be with”
    Do you handle conflict well?
“I wouldn’t say I handle it bad. Recently- Like, we have this music video for one of our songs called Yankee In A Chip Chop. And we recorded it in London and when it was gonna premiere the bobbies prohibited a release. So – and our manager was out of town – I had to be on the phone like waaay early in the morning, like reeeally early, and try to deal with that. And at one point it was like ‘fuck it’ and I posted it on my blog anyway. But they took it down. And yeah, so I tried to negotiate but then I kinda gave them the middle finger in the midst of everything. Yeah, I don’t think that counts as handling conflict. I do up until a point but then I’m, I have my punk rock roots so I’m a total rebel. [laughs]”
What major problem have you had to deal with recently?
    “The Yankee video being banned.”
    Do you handle pressure well?
“Well. I solved the ordeal with our video without major head traumas or broken bones sooo I think that should be a yes?”
    What is your greatest strength?
“Oh. I. Don’t know. That’s a question someone else should be here to answer. Yeeah.”
    What is your greatest weakness?
“Maybe that I don’t know my greatest strength? [smiles]”
What were your favorite classes? Why?
    “Recess? Holidays?”
    Is money important to you?
“If I have enough to live off and make music with, anything besides that is like a bonus.”
How much money do you need to make to be happy?
“I’m happy when I can make music. Which is kinda expensive. And then I like nice clothes too. Not, like, expensive ones but I like them in great quantity. So that’s an extra couple bucks right there. And my dog needs nutrition. That’s another expense. But like, what I have now only add some extra pocket money. But how much money I need to make in order to be happy. As long as I can do what I’m doing I’m happy. ”
