Deja Vu
–noun 1. Psychology. the illusion of having previously experienced something actually being encountered for the first time.
2. disagreeable familiarity or sameness: The new television season had a sense of déjà vu about it—the same old plots and characters with new names.
Deja vu used to be just something I'd feel once in a while. But now I'm getting it every day, all the time. It feels more like I'm living the same days over and over again. It's usually either a question someone asks, something I hear, or some impossibly small detail such as a drawing on the desk. It's getting really annoying. Apparantly it could be linked to anxiety, but I really don't know. Does anyone know something about it?
