Favorite Thing to Cook

I love making porridge, for some reasons. I find the stirring first thing in the morning very therapeutic.
And stir-fry because it's so quick.

Or I like to eat ramen too, maybe I say ramen...
I cook a lot!

Omeletts :3 Takes no time to make and there are som many combinations and the results are really great!

Noodle wok with teriyaki sauce and vegetables.

choc-chip cookies are my favourite thing to make because everyone who can eat them loves them and it's basically impossible to make them wrong - the only thing you can do is burn them but mine tend to be, if anything, undercooked and chewy and great. A+ choc-chip cookies. I am making a double batch now.

Pancakes and spaghetti. The two ones are simple and universal. Pancakes and spaghetti may be a sweet dishes or savoury dishes and I may add to them almost everything.

I absolute love cooking meat and stir-fried mushrooms <3 Every is so absorbent and it all smells wonderful.

Varieties of Alfredo.... and CAKES, variety of those too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a cooking machine this summer! Some of my favorites I've cooked recently have been Red Lobster cheesy biscuits, fudgy chocolate pie, throw-everything-that's-in-the-pantry-together chili (which surprisingly turned out so good), creamed spinach, coconut chicken, lemon garlic spinach spaghetti, and the beef and veggie goulash/casserole thingy I made for dinner tonight (my dad called it a "dinner dump cake" because I was just throwing together leftover veggies and ground meat together, haha).

Cheese Dreams (created by Rachel Antonoff). It's grilled cheese between bread dipped in egg. So unhealthy, but so, so good.

Anything sweet. My personal favourite though is caramel slice

Pasta. Any kind of pasta. I make a meeeean macaroni, and my alfredo is to die for. My spaghetti is also the only spaghetti I'll eat. Don't get me started on my ziti or lasagna...

Grilled cheese sandwiches - does that count?

I agree with any kind of pasta but I LOOOVE pasta with pesto sauce :drools:

I make a mean angel food cake.

I love to bake basically anything. I feel like I'm in my element when I'm baking. I especially love cupcakes because frosting them is at least half of the fun!

But besides baking? I LOVE making scallop scampi. Most people do shrimp but I don't really like them so I always use scallops. And I love it because its so so so easy, garlic, lemon, white wine, scallops, and spaghetti. And since it's so easy it's really hard to mess up so it pretty much always comes out fantastic.
