Favorite Thing to Cook

I'm a culinary student, so it's mandatory. But I love LOVE love sweet adobo. :)

Quinoa burgers.

They're about the fanciest thing I've got in my cooking repertoire.

I enjoy cooking steak. It tends to be quick and I love that I've perfected the whole medium rare thing.

Well I also like making random pasta creations too. Made a red pasta with roasted, diced tomatos, garlic, some chicken breast and parmesan cheese. Super easy and it turned out quite well!

Banana bread and spaghetti

Well tonight I made barbeque hawaiian pizzas!

I have this pasta with homemade tomato cream sauce recipe that I'm totally obsessed with. The sauce is so delicious and sweet, and it tastes so good heated up as leftovers the next day

I don't really have a favorite but on the holidays my family seems to like it when I make Pavlova.

Over the past year or so, I've really discover a love for baking. I love making little cupcake platters for my friends or muffin baskets for my mom to take to work with her.

For Passover this year, I also learned to cook a lot of healthier alternatives to the traditional matzo-based dishes, which was fun.

But I think my hands-down, all-time favorite thing to cook is a Low Country boil with faux-fried green tomatoes I'm a good Southern girl

Pastries. If I don't become an engineer I'm going to own a pastry shop.

I love making breakfast (ironic, seeing as it's my least favorite time of the day)- I love making pancakes (I make a mean brown sugar pancake and a grade A blueberry-banana-buckwheat pancake.) I also love making omelets!

I also love baking! Cupcakes are my favorite!

I love making homemade pizza! The satisfaction from making it from scratch just makes it taste 500 times better too :D

Pasta and whatever my man wants to eat.

I used to be obsessed with baking like baked goods, but I haven't been able to get back into it as much. I do it on occasion and still enjoy it a bit though. I really like making pasta; I can make pretty good pasta. Also, any sort of sandwich (that isn't meat, of course.) And, of course, since I'm generally a lazy bastard, I generally love convenience kinda stuff like microwave stuff, frozen stuff, instant or quick stuff, etc.

I do wish I was better at cooking and knew how to make/liked making more things.
