Meat. Ugh. Why, why, why do people enjoy eating the ground up remains of a poor, tortured animal?

I can open cans with anything sharp.

That's what living six months in a homeless hostel does for ya.

    ---

Macaroni cheese that has been oven-cooked and has all that whitre sauce crap.

Just boil the pasta, strain and melt the cheese in the pasta. Mucho nicer and less slimey.

Lasagne ugh seriously is there any harder food to eat? A big rectangle of pasta that I have to cut apart and eat with the mince meat but it all just slops around and falls off my fork.

Grain fed beef. I watch a documentary about how they destroy the animals, pretty much, and I try to only eat grass fed beef now.

Veal. Because of the way they make it, forcing a calf into a dark room until it's super skinny.

Foie gras, which is another very cruel food.

Cheese, 'cause I hate it and it's on fucking everything. Trying to get ready-to-serve food without cheese is ridiculous. All my options go from 15 to 1 when I don't like cheese.

Normal milk, 'cause I'm lactose intolerant and it makes my stomach angry.

Not all meat is tortured. We used to get a hog butchered every year. My grandpa raised the hogs and treated them very well and they were killed humanely in a small meat locker/butcher shop in a small town by people who respect animals.

Farm to table cooking when you have respect for the animal, isn't torture.

At least, not torture like they do with animals in cages and force-feeding them and feeding them their own blood.

    Eggplants.

Because they are a purple and green disgusting long slick slimy round oval vegetable that only tastes good if you cook it properly. If I ever have to wash one my mood even drops. I can't stand the sight of them. How on earth has such an ugly vegetable found its way into survival?
    BURN IT Ranting
(even talking about it makes me angry).
