I only ever write in the My Chemical Romance and The Used fandoms. Though I will read any pairings involving MCR, The Used, Avenged Sevenfold, Madina Lake and Muse.

I find it hard to connect to some bands, especially if there is very little slash happening on their parts and people are forcing the slash to come out. It just doesn't work.

All I've written so far is heaps of Ville Valo fanfiction, and a fair amount of Joker fiction. :tehe:
They're just both so fun! Not to mention, I adore both.

My first ever story on here was a Gerard Way het. It was terrible :shifty Of course, I deleted it, and I don't write any MCR stories anymore. . .

I'm not sure if I've posted here, but if I have... here's a new, updated repost of mine, as I'm not sure if I included everything anyway and I've kinda moved into a 'bigger house,' as such.

My old fandoms that I don't write in anymore are Green Day, Harry Potter, My Chemical Romance, and The Used. In the past, I also dabbled in Panic At The Disco [one pretty lame Ryden, I believe] and I wrote a few crossovers featuring bands like AFI. My first story still on here was a Gerard Way/Wednesday Addams fic, which is only still on here because certain friends of mine will go apeshit on me if I delete it. I wrote one Joker story too, a oneshot, and for a short time I was reading Batman/Joker slash on livejournal. :tehe:

Nowadays, I consider myself to be in the Finnish Slash fandom. This includea a huge array of bands, but the most popular are Private Line and Negative, as well as HIM. I write Vam as well as certain pairings in this fandom, whereas I used to be more... Vam-focused. Nowadays, I don't generally read anything outside Finnish Slash and Vam. If a friend of mine asks me to read a fic of theres that's another pairing, I will, but that's about it.

On the odd occasion, I'll write a little Dani Filth fic, because I think he makes an awesome psychopath. :tehe: I also do a little bit in the Supernatural fandom, but only tidbits here and there.

I mainly write and read within the Avenged Sevenfold fandom but if I manage to find a blink-182 story, nothing can keep me away. The story can be utter crap but I'll still read it if it has blink-182 in it. In Love They were the inspiration for my first fan fiction ever and I owe them so much. Their music has helped me through a lot of rough times.

I'll have some blink-182 stories out later this year. Hopefully, because of the recent reunion, more people will start writing about them. I love them so much.

I love reading crossovers. They can be so interesting if done right. Like AU bandom fics, I've read a few good ones in that genre.

I have issues writing them though. The only decent one I've made (which I haven't posted) was this freaky thing with Gerard Way overdosing, but The Borg from Star Trek appear in his hallucination, assimilating him and taking him to the Borg queen for "judgement" to see if he should live or not.

Yes I know, I'm messed in the head. :XD
    RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!

I'm trying to get into Trek but I can't find a channel I have that plays it. Which sucks.

Sci-fi, really. Spin-offs are good too. Like two I'm involved in: Torchwood 1963 and The Journey's of Jenny because you have a lot more scope - especially in TW63.
Trek is amazing, my mother was actually the one that got me into it. I was only 10 at the time, and it was love from the very start. TNG is the best of all :XD

To stay on topic, I love sci-fi fics! I can never seem to find any good ones on here though.

My Chemical Romance was my first fandom. :tehe: I found Frerard first, but I loved, and still do love, Frikey. :tehe: Then I got into The Used, and other bands I don't remember.
Then I started to get into Harry Potter, Digimon, Kingdom Hearts, and Final Fantasy. :tehe:
I switch on and off which I read and don't-read, though I always go back to each of them, and any new ones I get into. :tehe:

I write Ryden. Right now, that's my main thing, and if I think of a new story, it rarely involves someone else just because I'm so used to the characters. If I'm writing slash, chances are it will be Ryden. However, I have dabbled in Peterick, Joncer and Rockett. FBR is my thing.

However, I must be honest, I am working on a Frerard at the moment. It's my first one and to be quite honest, I never thought I would write one until I saw the surprise prompt challenge. It's gonna be tricky, even though I do read Frerard if the mood takes me.

I've also written plenty of non-slash fiction, like Green Day (it was shocking), a couple of My Chemical Romance which I wish now that I had kept, and even a Ger-Z at one point.

Generally, I prefer to write/read FBR. I am writing a Peterick at the moment, but it's quite old, and I probably wouldn't start a new one anytime soon.

    Jon Walker.:
I'm getting way into the Mighty Boosh fandom :tehe:
Though, there's not that many fics out there.
I've written two, but I don't think either are getting posted - there's a severe lack of fans here. :XD
    I'd totally read that. :file:

    McFly. I just... In Love
There aren't many on here, bu LJ is McSlash heaven.
It's the only fandom I really write now. It's just so natural to me.

I'm experimenting with a couple of different fandoms, at the moment, but my all time favourite is Funeral For A Friend slash. It's too bad there's NONE on here. Sad

I write Taking Back Sunday fan fics now because that's my favourite fandom to read and write. It doesn't bother me that I don't get as many readers as I did when I wrote My Chemical Romance stories. :file:

I love to read Panic At The Disco, Green Day and sometimes a good My Chemical Romance story but honestly, I read any fandom. :tehe:

I started writing in the Andrew McMahon fandom, but i've sort of drifted away from that.

I'm currently writing in The Office and Big Time Rush fandoms, leaning more towards the latter now.

I'll read just about anything since most of the fandoms I prefer aren't written often.

    Fandoms I've written for:
    The Academy Is... (William Beckett)
    Andrew McMahon
Panic! At the Disco (Ryan and Brendon, although not together)
    Tom Felton

Now I'm more concentrating on my Big Time Rush fandom. All Time Low is second.

Hmmm. FanFics. I didn't even know they existed until 2004. My first fanfic was a Simple Plan one, which was so cliched it's embarrassing. Also, it was very short...

I still write Simple Plan FanFic, because they're still my favourite band. But, I now also write Avenged Sevenfold fanfics.

I've also interspersed Good Charlotte in my SP stories, even done some which are almost SP/GC crossovers.

I do have an official band crossover fic which is an A7X/SP fic.

So, I mostly write SP and A7X.

Though I did write one fic which was an odd mix. It had SP and Eskimo Joe [an Australian band]. And Good Charlotte.

But, yes mainly an A7X and SP writer.

I mainly stay in the All Time Low fandom, but I'm starting to write little bits here and there in the 'Welshie' fandoms (Kids In Glass Houses & The Blackout specifically) and I write a lot of crossovers.
I would say I write in The Friday Night Boys' fandom, but that isn't really a fandom since I've never seen anyone else write for it besides me. Shifty

Reading wise, I usually stay in ATL/KIGH too. I sometimes venture into FBR but only if it's a really good Nalex or Checkett. tehe and they're both pretty hard to come by, so I don't usually bother.

I'm an OF writer (with the esception of this terrible Harry Potter fanfic that I'd like to forget ever exited. I was eleven when I wrote it. XD), but I really love Domatt (Dom Howard/Matt Bellamy of Muse) and Destiel (Dean Winchester and Castiel from Supernatural).
I'm actually very tempted to write a Domatt myself, I've got a little plot bunny. I've never written a bandfic before, so I'll have to wait and see where this goes. tehe

Well, when I first discovered fanfiction I read and wrote Degrassi (never successfully finishing a story when it came to writing I might add.) You may now point and laugh. Shifty
I used to read some Harry Potter ones, but I never found any that were good enough. (This was back when I was still a N00b and didn't even know of Mibba's existence.)
Now I'll read just about anything with a slight preference given to well-written fiction about bands I know about. In particular, I like Motion City Soundtrack (if I can find it and it's actually good), Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, and sometimes Green Day and My Chemical Romance. I write about bands like this obviously, especially MCS because they are my favorite band, and I feel like they should be more well-written about.
I'm currently contemplating getting back into fiction (as in not bandfic) based fanfiction though. I kinda miss it.
