Fandoms.

I'm not too keen on Frerard any more because they are all so similar now. I've been interested in a bunch of Oliver Sykes stories, but they're also becoming very similar. I'm currently searching for something new.

I've always been into the My Chemical Romance fandom, and that's generally the only fanfiction I write since it's the only band whose personalities I know enough about to feel comfortable. Frerard bores me and always has, and I prefer rikey and pikey. I don't mind crossovers with FOB or Panic, but I can't really write a fic about those two on their own.

I've never published any on Mibba but I recently started writing Ben/Cillian Chaos Walking fanfics, since they are the best couple I've ever come across in a book and I love to show their relationship post-Knife.

I only write Avenged Sevenfold, because that's the only fandom I really understand enough to get the characters right.

But when it comes to reading, I'm open to more stuff. I usually won't read 1D, BTR, Twilight, Jonas Brothers, Justin Beiber, or anything Disney Channel unless it's absolutely amazing or forced upon me (i.e. through comment swap).

I guess I'd say that all I write is Black Veil Brides and Asking Alexandria slash. hahaa But most of it has been lost in the abyss of my hard drive! XD

Since my last post, I've started on some Doctor Who and X-Files projects. Obviously, I love reading those fandoms too if the story is well-written. I'm thinking about getting more into the Glee fandom, but probably only on a reading basis because I just don't think I could write it.

lolololol this post is funny now. I have yet to finish a singe DW or XF project, and I write so much Glee. (although, I read XF and Glee fairly equally, if I can find stuff I like.)

Hmm... I do a lot of slash. Fandom doesn't always matter. Andley (BVB), Brusnop (Asking Alexandria), Johnlock (Sherlock TV series), and some anime based slashes that vary depending on what I've been watching.

I don't like MCR slash, and I find most pop fandoms completely boring. As far as TV fandoms go, I like Sherlock, Doctor Who, and Top Gear (hey, don't judge. Hamster is adorable).

I feel like I'm forgetting something, but ah well. <3

Dislike Writing: The same stuff I dislike reading. I also have a lot of trouble writing GoT fanfiction because the setting is so hard for me to wrap my head around when writing.

I don't see it much here but, if you look on other websites you can find a lot of
"My friends and I get transported into the (insert fandom here) world!"
I can't stand it when people put themselves in stories or when they promise their friend a cameo and then add "OMG BECKY YOU'RE IN THIS CHAPTER!11!!" in the authors notes.

I hate that! I can't express how much those stories bother me. I understand authors wanting to work out their fantasies or whatever, but the writing quality of such fics tend toward being terrible. The characters are nearly all perfect Mary Sues who are way more powerful than anyone in canon, and they always rape the personality of the female canons until they're total bitches who exist only to spite the author's insert. I just can't. Can. Not. Express. My. Anger.

Main-Character-Girl is an orphan who lives with her abusive uncle. She was raped twelve times, she's bullied by the other students at school but, she's smart and beautiful and completely level headed. Okay. Rant over. I sorta derailed the thread a little.

Hm.

First ever bandom was Panic! at the Disco; and I skipped over a link that was titled "Ryden and the Strawberry" and my virginal 11 year old brain (AT THE TIME) was like, "Zuh?" so I clicked it and it was a story about these two boys who almost get eaten by a freak strawberry and confess their eternal love to each other. Then, of course, I found a link that said "NC-17" and well. You can pretty much guess what happened after that.

I eased myself into Frerard and I've pretty much been stuck in that rut since then. My Chemical Romance shit worked it's way into my head (music, videos, fics, ETC.) and I haven't lost interest yet. I can't really think of the two with anyone else so that kinda fucked up the other pairings. I'll read them but I can't write them. And honestly, I can't really write at all... Ray/Mikey is something I don't mind but I can't really see it. Pikey is adorkable.

Then I got into Fall Out Boy's music, sorta (not really hard, just a few songs) and I find Peterick so fucking cute. I miss them. Then, though I never got into their music, Gabillam because Gabe Saporta is just hilarious. And when Ryland makes an appearance as Guy Ripley, you have me sold.

I know I really should hear some of their music since lots of people like them and I'm talking about Avenged Sevenfold, but since then I've only read a shitload of Synacky for reason I don't even know, considering I hardly know the people on any level.

I read L/Light for a while when I got into Death Note but there were too many stories where they fight over who gets to be on top. It seriously got grating.

Anything that is on Disney or Twilight or ANY kids channels; I do not read.

So yeah, bands.

I am not ashamed to say it was awesomely ridiculous. Either that or I have way too much time on my hands.

Used to: I used to write about the Jonas Brothers, I actually finished a few of the fanfictions with that fandom. But after their second CD, it wasn't as good as the self titled one so I was like "ehhh." And I stopped.
Read: I mainly only read Harry Potter fanfiction, I actually kind of have a addiction to it...so if any of you who are reading this have a Harry Potter Fic that is written well and all, send me the link! It's actually sorta sad, how little I read of other fandoms.
Write: Then, you guessed it, I mainly only write Harry Potter Fanfiction as well. I don't know why, I think its the fact that I just love being able to make up any personality, and put them in such a great and magical place... The only other fandom I am active in SOMETIMES is...sadly...the Twilight Fandom. Mainly because Peter Feccinellie plays Carlisle (I know the last name is spelt wrong). But thats usually only after I see one of the movies.
Can't read: Band fanfiction. And Hunger Games fanfiction. I don't know why I can't write Band Fanfiction, or celeb fanfiction in general. I just find it creepy now. And Hunger Games because...well, I find the books themselves sorta...bland as it is. (But I still love'em) So I think when people try to like add their own OC's...its just sorta strange, and they usually always fallow the same plot as the books...if it had a big twist in it, then yeah. Awesome.
Can't Write: Band/Celeb Fanficton.

I see a lot of others read mostly bandfics. I've written three Green Day bandfics and I'm really picky on which ones I read. Billie Cannot be the main character where he's with someone other than Adrienne. It kills me. Other than that it's okay. I need to finish my third GD fic, but that's on hold.

I also like anime fanfics, especially Naruto. Kakashi and Iruka fics are my favorites. ;)
Currently I'm working on a Naruto fic but it's got a big twist to it. My character is from an outside village, the Iwagakure Village, and her family is murdered by invading Leaf ninja during the Third Shinobi War. Byakko immediately grows a fond hatred for the Leaf Village and plans on seeking revenge before she is to take the throne of the new Tsuchikage. This takes place during the Kakashi Gaiden part. My fic is completely coinciding with the manga so it's pulling a Lion King 1/2 thing. I started it tonight, but i'm hoping it will be a small hit at least.

When I first started writing, most of my pieces were Fall Out Boy/My Chemical Romance/Panic! At The Disco like a lot of people I've seen. Those are also the main ones I used to always read.

Just last year, it changed to The Maine and The Summer Set for both reading and writing. Now though, pretty much 99% of the fic I read and write is One Direction. They've infiltrated every aspect of my life. The other 1% is reading/writing Big Time Rush and The Wanted.

I can't seem to write any other fandoms anymore apparently. I've also never been good at fandoms from TV shows or movies; such as Twilight, Harry Potter, Supernatural, etc.

As far as can't read goes, it's pretty much the same things I can't write, except Twilight, BUT I can only read Twilight fic that's about Jacob or the wolf pack because I like them better than the Cullens. For some reason, my brain can only wrap itself around a girl falling in love with Harry Styles and not a girl falling in love with Harry Potter
