    Why did you join Mibba?

What compelled you to click that register link and sign up?

Was it the stories? Was it because you had friends on here?

I know I joined for the stories, but I got lured into the whole site. I don't regret it at all though. :tehe:

How did those first few moments after joining feel?

I think I felt excited at the time. I'd never some across such a wonderful site, so I was pretty estatic at the time. Still am when someone mentions Mibba. :XD

    What about you?

I joined Mibba because I was a member of GSB and INO and I knew Mibba was coming for awhile. We weren't posting stories on those sites anymore and then we got to post them here.

I joined to post the stories.

And, honestly, those first few moments felt the same as joining GSB or INO. Kind of fun, but nothing insane. I joined Mibba pretty soon after it was born. I was the 359th member. I didn't post on the boards for a really long time, but my profile got commented and stuff all the same.

A couple years ago, I came across Dru's work on AFF. I loved it, and always went back to check for updates, even though she stopped updating there long ago. I added her on Myspace because she's an awesome writer, and I messaged her soon after asking if there were some other site that I could read her stories.

She told me all of the stories she'd ever posted were on this site called Mibba and that I should join if I wanted to read them. I took her advice.

    :con: And here I am.

I came because of Dru and her stories. I stay because of the amazing friends I've found here.

I was a quizilla girl I must admit.

I got glitched out of my account there for the whole summer. And I was really missing writing poetry. So I remember one of my friends on there saying that she wasn't on her account much and joined mibba.
So I thought I'd check it out. Thought of a random username. I just felt so much more welcome here in the first 24 hours then I ever did on quizilla.
So I stayed. And I'm so glad I did.
*hugs mibba and everyone in it* :arms:

Yeah not one of the best stories but well it's a story. :)

Well, my friend introduced me to fanfiction on Quizilla. Due to reading stories on there I'd see profiles where people said they'd moved to Mibba. I must have looked at this site about four times before I joined, but I was too comfortable with how Quizilla worked to leave.
Then, there was the 'big move' :tehe:, and I decided to join. I'm so glad I did, because I felt more welcome within two hours here than I ever did on Quizilla.

I knew of Mibba since it was talked about on Geebs, etc. And then we got the new GSB. And it said "If you want to write journals, go to Mibba". SO I DID.

Actually I waited a few days, thus I was 1371st person to join. :shifty

I was a GSB refugee. I had a story on there, and they disappeared for a while then this website came instead. So I joined.

I remember I never got an activation email so I had to email the support thingo. XD

Initially I was here for the stories, but nowadays I barely update any of my fanfics and my only active-ish story is an original. I'm just a forum whore, really, although now I just kind of lurk.

I'm number 28178. :XD I was originally on Quizilla, but about 6 months before the change, my friend from England told me that this place was addictive. So I joined up and stayed here.

And I never looked back. :tehe:

I was on GSB along time ago, then INO, then I got a life, then flitted back, didn't like them, moved to Mibba

I don't know why I joined, I was bored in the Easter Holidays

I was considering getting a life again but i made too many good friends, Tasha nad Kirsty being the most memorable ones

Then Ryan asked me out and yeah, he keeps me here :XD

I used to write a lot two years ago. I had this novel I was working on, and I was telling everyone about it. So a few days after I met my ex-girlfriend, I started to tell her about writing and what I write and she made me make an account to post stories. Though I never posted that story/novel here.

Andand I used to read stories on GSB when GSB was young, but I only lurked.
After joining I didn't feel ...much. I remember ranting about ...stuff. -headdesk- But around April/May I got into the debate boards and started to post on journals a lot and check the site every day. Then I started to meet people and read stories, and yeah, here I am.

I was bored of Quizilla because it was filled with absolute rubbish and the majority of my friends had left.

So I went onto google and searched for writing site or something along those lines. I traipsed through a few before finding mibba and liking it upon first glance :tehe: I moved before Quizilla was even changed.

    So I came.

I just...did. Probably because I was the only person online at the time and that's why I'm member #3. In those days, I lived on the internet.

I was on quizilla and heard about Mibba. This was a little but before quizilla changed. It seemed cool, but I never really got around to joining. Then, quizilla changed, and that reminded me, "I should join that website Mibba!"

    And I did.
