I'm in AP European History. It's the first AP class I've taken, and so far it's not that hard. I have an A... the tests can be a bitch though.

I find that the two major things that will help you succeed in AP classes are killer study skills, and the ability to write a good essay, which includes being able to BS your way through a topic you know nothing about. :tehe:

I would love to take them, or would have loved to take them, but my high school doesn't offer any AP classes. Sad

I'm in AP English right now :D
It's really not that different from the regular English classes except we get to read more books and write.
Oh, but AP Anatomy Physiology's a bitch. I had a breakdown where I couldn't stop crying for like a half hour while I was trying to study for the exam.

Our school has several AP courses.
But lots of them I've already taken as non-AP courses because Freshmen can't take AP classes.
Like Biology I've taken, as well as Geometry.
Honestly, why they had that rule, I'll never know.

I'm actually a bit terrified of AP classes. My school offers a bunch, and I could be taking AP World History right now, but all of the people I've talked to who have that class say that they hate it and wish they were in Honors instead.
I kind of want to take AP English Language/Literature next year, but I'm afraid I won't be able to handle the workload.

I'm taking AP English this year. My class isn't that hard. We read books and then we have questions to go along with them.

I'm taking AP English as well. I do okay. I'd probably be getting better grades if I actually read the books. Sparknotes is a great friend <3
I'll be in AP English again next year and AP Art too (:

    I'm in three AP's,
AP English, AP Psychology, and AP US History.
In English it's a lot of writing but I enjoy that and my teacher writes as well so it's nice to be able to have conversations about writing even if it's not nesacarily about an essay.
AP Psychology is really fun too. It's cool to see how people work.
AP US is straight up Hell. I can't stand the class, partially due to the teacher. There are so many specfic things you have to remember and hten the questions the College Board come up with enable you to narrow it down to two possible answers and determinging between those two is the really tough part. I can't stand the class at all.

I actually liked my APUS class.
AP Psychology is pretty cool too. Learning about how the mind works is really fascinating. But the work is killer.

    Is AP Spanish really hard?
    Depends.
I've known how to speak/read/write in spanish since I was little so for me it was one of the easiest classes.

But if you know the basics and how to write with accents and know how to translate certain things, it wont be hard at all.
