Viva La Vida was an epic album. :D I'm quite partial to A Rush Of Blood To The Head, though. And Prospekt's March, but that was just an EP.

Omg, Kelsey. Your theme is just In Love

I think AROBBTH and VLVODAAHF were their best albums. I like Parachutes too but I'm partial to X&Y. I didn't really like that era, which kind of turned me off to the album itself. I dunno, but that's just me.

    And thanks Very Happy

I think I like Parachutes and X&Y just about equally, actually. X&Y just a bit more, perhaps. There are more songs on X&Y that I like, where with Parachutes there are a few that I really get into and some that I just kind of shrugged off.

Haha, omg. Did you see the Bridge School Benefit? I love that song he's been playing, the Maple Leaf Rag was it? It's so upbeat and makes me grin so much. :D And I love how he sang his own version of Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay. lmfao I love that little black and white striped beanie he had on. XD

I love Coldplay! I got to see their Viva La Vida tour earlier in the year. It was absolutely incredible.

I think Rush of Blood to the Head is my favourite album of theirs.

So far, I've heard that demos for their new album are being laid down, but the album won't be seen til late 2010. Not sure if it's true, but it sounds about right. They've also got a Latin American tour coming up soon Very Happy

    *dusts off thread*

Just a little bump to make a quick announcement: it's Chris Martin's birthday today! Wow

So happy 33rd birthday, Christopher Anthony John Martin. May it be filled with happiness, fun, love and friends. Hopefully Jonny's got some cake for him. XD And hopefully this year is a good one for him and the rest of the band. Arms

X&Y and Death...Vida La Vida is my go-to album when I'm down in the dumps. Ghost Stories is just so beautiful. Everything from the music to the cover art is just ugh!

I absolutely love Coldplay. My family and I have been following their music since the start with "Parachutes." They've been our favorite band since, and nothing will ever change that.

Speaking of, my family and I went through a six-year phase, or so, where we didn't listen to any other band but Coldplay. We learned every song that could have possibly been released, including the B-sides and random tracks... We are hardcore Coldplayers. Coffee

I'm very grateful for having seen them three times- on their X&Y, Viva, and Mylo tour. They put off the best performance. Not only that, but one quality that I find draws me to them the most besides their music, is how considerate they are towards their fans. Equality is what it's all about, and it makes you feel loved by the band for how much they do for us In Love

The newest album, "Ghost Stories," is utterly fantastic, in my opinion. It's a chiller side of Coldplay that is very refreshing to listen to and see Cute
