Quizilla

I am on Quizilla. I discovered it like 2 months ago. Then one of my favorite authors mentioned this site in a journal post. I joined up and now I have (mostly) everything on both sites. I go there mainly to read, get "rates" on stories as motivation. Not as good as here in any way. But I do feel like more af an amatuer on here. Hope that goes away soon.

I'm a quizilla transfer. I came because a friend of mine whose story I was obsessed with decided that she was moving to Mibba.
I had no clue what Mibba was but after a few weeks she coaxed me into joining and now I'm basically in love now.
Thats quite alright to because Quizilla has been in the shits for a while now and I'm just about tired of waiting for it to be normal again.
I hardly even get on Quizilla now because it pisses me off when I do that I can't even navigate around it properly.

Dead serious. It gave me headaches trying to translate it. No lie.

EDIT: Just to clear that up, I didn't hate on wearing all black and stuff as like people that do so, it's just that every story on there seemed to have it. Most stories on there started with:
"I put on my black underwear, my black skinny jeans, a black band-tee, some black fingerless gloves, and my eyeliner."

"i wuz wokn dwn a alley an dis gai cam an kinaped me then he toke me 2 dis rum and tyed me ^"

"and deed aye men shun heez uh vampire??? Uh sexxiiii vampire, 2." :roll:

Just for laughs, and after reading all of this, I decided to check out Quizilla again.
I nearly choked. I assume the "thing" there, now, is "I work at Claire's/Abercrombie/Aeropostale/Victoria's Secret and he works at Hot Topic. But he's HAWT!!"
Throw in a couple "~*|%&#$%@" signs to that title and you've got yourself a popular story on Quizilla. Voila!

c. A Persian Emo.
Personally, I'm going with a Persian emo. :lmfao

Yes I was a Quizillian. My BFFL started Quizilla, who invited my other BFFL who then invited me and we were all using Quizilla. Until the BFFL who found Quizilla found Mibba [no idea how] and then we sort of moved on to here.
When I started Mibba, I'm like, this is so different! But now, I'm practically a 24/7 Mibba user and barely ever use Quizilla anymore. It's just not nearly as good as Mibba.
So now, I'm a Mibbian ;]
Oh, and Mibba is set out MUCH better than Quizilla.

I came from Quizilla. I get on it sometimes. I haven't sadly lately though.

I go there every once in a while. I would love the job of organising that site :lmfao

It doesn't really work for me, actually. I think whenever I tried to go on it to read this particular story a pop up [about the site] always appeared and it would never load.

I totally loved Quizilla until it got bought up by The N. They ruined it. i still went on a little while after, but it wasn't the same. I really tried to adapt to the site, but it was just too horribly slow and the layout really annoyed me. I agree with some of the people that said it wasn't a good writing site. At least half of the stories and such were gramatically incorrect. I hated that, but I survived. I love how, on this site, just about all stories are well written.
I learned of Mibba when my favorite author moved her stories to this site. That was the only reason I joined. I couldn't find any stories that interested me, beside said author, so I rarely went on. I also didn't really like the awkward "Hey, welcome to Mibba" message by total strangers... I'm a bit reserved so it really caught me off gaurd. When I realized practically all my "watched authors" had left, I decided to really get into this site. I slowly got used to it, found a couple more good stories, and started writing my own. That's when I really started to like this site...

To be honest, I started getting annoyed with Quizilla before the relaunch. The top quizzes and the top stories were always "Seven Minutes In Heaven". :roll:

^Seriously. That or something to do with Naruto. Not that I have a problem with Naruto, but it does get a little annoying when all the top quizzes are something about who your baby's father is from Naruto.

^ Yes! The "Baby's Daddy" was then pretty popular. Not just from Naruto. But even then, the Naruto stuff was suffocating everything else. omgno: I liked Naruto at the time. It pretty much burnt me out on anything Naruto. Thanks, 'zilla.

The "would I date you?" quizzes were pretty annoying, too.

I still check my Quizilla every now and then, mostly because I find it amusing. I laugh at the most popular list, like, a lot. Mostly because of the tags and decoration in story titles. It makes me so glad that we have a rule against that type of thing, here.

But once it changed and people started talking about Mibba in journal posts, I decided to check it out.

:XD That's how I found out. My friend Mel [now miss jupiter on mibba], was all "I can't take this change. I'll probably get a Mibba." in her journal. I HATED the change. I used to be on QZ every single day, because it was awesome, but then it became like every other lame fanfic site full of bad Naruto fics. :tehe: So I typed in Mibba.com [I guessed that was the URL. And it worked! ], got one, and made like, six friends in two days. they were so friendly here, it was freaky. >_>

There are times I miss Quizilla though. Just because I had so many friends, and I lost touch with almost all of them. Even the ones that moved here, I don't really talk to anymore. And as soon as Zero got here, she became Mibba famous. :tehe: It was destined. :file:
