    Welcome and thanks for clicking!

Following the Breakfast Club tradition, this story will revolve around 5 characters:

    Princess, written by anima d'amore;;

    Burn-Out, written by Gates;

Jock, written by Sabine St. James

    Brain, written by wednesday addams.

Weirdo, written by Talia al Ghul

    **

    We need to determine:

    plot (1st or 3rd POV)
    setting (time and place)
layout (I'm currently looking for some pictures we can use

Umm... I've never spearheaded one of these before and I really hope this is a story we can actually finish. It's a co-write which means I want everyone to share their opinions.

    Kristen Latamore , 17, senior
Has family issues and takes it out on other people.
Likes – being sarcastic, rude and making a lasting impression.
Dislikes – talking about her family life, being stuck in detention, and showing her feelings.
She has ADHD, which affects her grades. She is also bisexual and will not hesitate to hit on anybody, whether it is to piss them off or get in their pants. She isn’t abused, but her dad is an asshole and her mom doesn’t have a backbone. She likes pissing off teachers and scaring students. Contrary to popular belief, the most she’s ever done is smoke weed, but she does drink a lot of alcohol.

Has the picture perfect life on the outside but is tormented and insecure on the inside and deals with it by verbally ripping people apart.
Likes: when she gets what she wants, hot boys, being popular
Dislikes: people who are unpopular, ugly people
She's got the rich Daddy and has the fancy shoes with the world at her fingertips, she's head cheerleader and homecoming queen. However, she's not the person everyone thinks she is, she's actually a really nice person... when she chooses.

Nice bios guys. If you know anyone who wants to fill one of the last two spots, go harass them about it...
We can all attempt to do a layout and see which ever one is best, using picture A.

Thoughts on setting or plot? I really want the characters to have to interact with each other but what do we want the story to have accomplished by the end?

Yeah, I think it should end up like the Breakfast Club too.
I'll work on my layout soon.

alright, that'll be cool. Setting, I think a story like this could work in a small town or a big city, whichever you guys want.
It'd be cool to have our first chapters be how they all ended up in detention but I don't really want the whole story to be stuck in detention...
    here's the layout I attempted.

I don't want the whole story to be in detention, either. I like the idea of a smaller town for the setting, because I think it'd go with the story the best. Here's my attempt at a layout.

Hi, Sabine messaged me about joining this story, and I really like the ideas going on, so I'm just going to throw out a little bio for the 'weirdo' role:
James Alexander Hamilton, senior, recently turned eighteen. He's sort of a band geek; he's been playing the trumpet since middle school, and recently took up saxophone. He has minor autism, which causes him to be extremely shy and quiet.
Likes: Obviously, music. Batman, Star Wars, reading and books, chess, "quiet time".
Dislikes: Being forced to socialize, being stuck in large groups, being touched.

Oh boy! Yay! Now, I really want to have a solid outline for this story so it doesn't become one of those aimless, taking-forever-to-end stories that have 64 chapters but half of it is filler. If our first chapters, the introductions, are about how each character ends up in detention, what should come next? Will the detention be the very next day or will they have time to complain to their friends, or non-friends, about getting detention?
Just stuff like that. If you have an obstacle or a hurdle you want your character to face, we'll definitely find a way to help you add it to the plot.

Maybe we could do our second chapters about home lives and such, to learn how our characters got to be the way they are? Maybe the parents' reactions to the detention thing?

Hey, so I was messaged by Sabine about the 'Brain' spot so here's my bio. :)
    Karl Williams. 18. Senior.
Beneath the perfect grades is someone who struggles to keep them perfect and his parents happy. He's popped a few pills in order to study the whole night for an exam and reach the top grade. All his parents care about is him maintaining his perfect grades and not about his well being or happiness.
Likes: A good book, alcohol from father's selection and not being around his parents.
Dislikes: Being around his parents, not being listened to, being made to talk for long periods of time with people he doesn't like.

Parents' reaction is a good one. I think that'll be good for character development.

So. I guess we can discuss the rest of the plot as we go. Have we decided on which layout to use? After that, we just need an actual title and I think we can start posting.

I like both the layouts that were made, but the one you made a tiny bit more.
