Mibba's Writing Cup

From July 1st until July 31st, Mibbians will be challenged to work together in small groups to collect the most points for their group, either through their combined written word count, or through the completion of mini-challenges designed to promote the team-building aspect of this event.

How It Works

Once Mibbians are assigned to a random group, each will begin writing their own story (or stories) separate from the rest of their group members. The number of words each member writes on their own throughout the month will be recorded and added to the group’s overall tally that will translate into points.

In addition to the writing task, Mibbians can win points for their group by completing mini-tasks that are aimed at promoting teamwork and support between group members.

How To Win

For this event, there will be several ways for Mibbians to win. Your group can win the overall grand prize by collecting the most points. Users also have a chance to win individual prizes by completing the mini-challenges and actively participating within their group.

What Can You Write

Mibbians are free to write anything they wish for this event. It can be an entirely new story or a continuation of one already posted to Mibba so long as only words written during the course of the event are counted. Stories can be any rating, any genre, and any type. Fan fictions, original fictions, and true stories are all allowed.

How to Participate

To sign-up to be sorted into a group for the Writing Cup, head over to the Mibba's Writing Cup thread and fill out the questionnaire. Please PM your completed form to bona drag. by June 25th to secure yourself a place in the tournament.
