Featured: Mibba Magazine Recommendations Thread

At the Mibba Magazine, we are always looking for stories and poems to feature in our various columns and reviews. However, there is a limited number of staff on the Magazine team and we are only human, so we can’t always find the hidden gems that are posted throughout the site. This is where the Mibba community comes in! The Mibba Magazine Review Recommendations thread is a place Mibbians can go to ensure their favourite works get noticed by the Magazine staff.

How it Works

The premise of the thread is simple. Any Mibbian can recommend any story or poem that they would like to see featured somewhere in the Magazine, whether that be one of the many columns or a simple review. Once a post is made, our staff will take a look through the recommendations and see whether or not the pieces fit in a column or if they would like to claim them for a review. If the story or poem is selected, a note saying that it is claimed will be placed under the post, and a link to the article is added once it is posted.

Remember, just because a post is made in the thread does not necessarily mean that the story or poem will be featured.

What to Do

If you have read or written a story or poem that you would like to see featured in the Magazine, head over to the thread.

There is a form in the first post in the thread which contains headings for all of the information that is necessarily to include in your post. Make sure to fill out the form to the best of your ability – this makes it much easier for the Magazine team to know the best place to include these pieces.
