Mibbian of the Week: puke

Puke is a Mibbian who loves the freedom and support she gets from Mibba. In this week's Mibbian of the Week, we take a closer look at this awesome member!

When did you join Mibba and how did you find the site?

I think I started on Mibba about 3 years ago, back when I was 13. I don't exactly remember how I found the site, but before that I'd spent a lot of time goofing around on Quizilla, reading/writing those weirdo arranged marriage type stories.

What is your favorite thing about Mibba?

When it comes to posting my writing here, I like not worrying about what people will think. I always get so nervous about showing my writing outside of Mibba! Also, I love reading the short stories here; I can never find the time to read an actual book but I think reading unpublished work is a better source of inspiration anyway!

What does being a Mibbian mean to you?

I honestly don't know the answer to this! I'm not the most active member on Mibba, especially when it comes to things like making friends (or even commenting on stories I like, eek). For the most part I really tend to keep to myself, and more recently, I almost only use Mibba to document parts of my life through my poetry/kiss logs.

If you could change one thing about Mibba, what would it be and why?

Loosen up! Some of the rules I get, but a few are pretty unnecessary. I've gotten my fair share of "incorrect title capitalization" messages, and I don't think it should be suuuch a big deal. I mean come on, e.e. cummings got away with it.

What hobbies do you have outside of Mibba and writing?

Sex school and sushi pretty much. No sports, no other talents. I sometimes watercolor paint and make clay figures. I love to bake although I'm quite terrible at it haha.

What are your plans for the future?

Nooo idea, I always talk about becoming an art museum curator but I doubt it'll happen. I tell the parents, teachers, etc. that I'm considering something in the medical field but fat chance haha. I do know I'm not leaving New Orleans; I like it toooo much. Everything else, though, I plan on pissing my way through.

Is there anything you'd like to say to all the Mibbians out there?

It only gets better!!
