Mibbian of the Week: Jinx...

Jinx... is another long-time Mibbian who is most active on the roleplaying section of the site and is always looking for new people to roleplay with. In this week’s edition of Mibbian of the Week, she’s here to tell us a bit more about herself.

How long have you been on Mibba?

I have been off and on for about 6 years.

How often do you log on? How long would you say you spend on the site when you do log on?

I check Mibba every day. If I have a lot of responses from other writers, I am on for hours.

Which part of the site are you most active in?

I am most active in roleplaying.

What specifically draws you to roleplaying?

I am drawn into roleplaying mostly because I have so many ideas and writing is the best way to get it all out. But what draws me into a roleplay usually is the characters. When a character is so real their trumps become your own and their pain too, it's beautiful and only makes me want to write more just to get to that point.

How often do you read stories and poems? How often do you comment or recommend the things you read?

I read poems every once in a while but not often. I tried to read stories before but then the ones I loved stopped writing and I was heartbroken so I don't read stories anymore.

What draws you to the that things you read?

The picture and the description draw me in first.

Tell us about a few of your favourite stories/works by other Mibbians

Room with No Windows— by a wonderful writer.

It's a story about a girl that stumbles into a boy’s life. But it's not as easy as boy meets girl, not with her crazy fiancée still out there.

Are you working on anything on Mibba right now?

I have many role-plays going on with many other writers but that's about it.

What has been your favourite Mibba experience (something that has happened to you on the site)?

I think my favorite experience has been when I was writing with someone and the story brought me to tears while I was writing it.

You've gotten stuck in a fictional world and can't escape! Which world would you want that to be?

Hmmm tough question. I think any world would be interesting to get stuck in as long as I got to go on an adventure! Though I think to be stuck in a world where there was magic and mystical creatures in some form or another would probably ideal.

Last but not least, anything you want to say to your fellow Mibbians?

Sure, I am always up for roleplaying and I am grateful to all my friends here. I am also here for anyone that needs a friend too.
