When famous rockstar Johnny Carolina accidentally witnesses a crime, he’s put under police protection to stay safe. Only the police and the detective assigned to watch over him have any idea of where he is, leaving his bandmates and fans completely in the dark about his disappearance.

As the only detective not scrambling to catch a glimpse of the rockstar in trouble, Detective Taylor Reynolds is assigned to his case. Everyone thought she was immune to his charm, and she was…until she got to know him. Soon enough they start falling for each other – though Johnny thinks it’s just a sexual attraction – and the longer they stay hidden, the stronger their attraction grows.

What will happen when the case is solved and Johnny Carolina goes back to his real world? Will he forget about Tex (Johnny’s new nickname for Taylor) or will she become Johnny’s first real girlfriend?

LipStickAndShotGuns is one of the best authors I’ve encountered on Mibba. After reading her first two stories, The Rebel’s Apprentice and A Bit of Fun, I was very excited to see what she would come up with next. She certainly didn’t let me down.

The character and relationship buildup in Famous Most Wanted was great. Not only is this piece well written, it tells the story of a unique romance in a very interesting way. This story is great for all readers, but especially those looking for a good romance.
