The fact that every hour without the phone ringing or without his stupid familiar face being recognized by someone anywhere, is another hour wasted. I feel like a call from across the country telling me he's been spotted in a bar near Western Washington wouldn't surprise me. Andy's becoming a missing persons flyer that I probably wouldn't look twice at.

Thousands of people go missing each year and many of them are never found. Those that are lucky enough to be reunited with their families are rarely ever the same then they do. Whether they are victims of a kidnapping or simply runaways, the moment that missing person report is filed, their life changes forever.

Stony Park tells the story of Milo, a recent high school graduate, whose life is flipped upside down by a missing person case in his family. When Milo discovers his brother, Andy, has mysteriously vanished, leaving no trace behind, Milo is a mess. Andy’s things are strewn throughout his apartment, with the door unlocked, and nothing about the situation looks good.

Even though all signs point to Andy leaving against his will, the police brush it off like water of a camel’s back. They don’t have time to worry about some burnout kid and his missing brother, so Milo is forced to take matters into his own hands.

This amazing original fiction is one of Mibba’s hidden gems. The story is brilliantly written, with a narrator that is both witty and believable. Milo is just a typical high school kid, which is what makes his character so great. He is someone that readers have met before – possibly even someone they know personally. He is far from charming, but he doesn’t need to be. What he lacks in mysterious allure, he makes up for with sass and perfect comebacks.

The narrator isn’t the only amazing thing about Stony Park. One of the aspects of this story that makes it so intriguing is the mystery. The first few chapters will have you dying to know what happened to Andy and you’ll be subscribing in hopes that you’ll soon find out!

Stony Park is a story I would highly recommend to fans of original fiction and I am eagerly awaiting the next update!Stony
