MM Reviews: Flowers of Winter

Title: Flowers of Winter
Author: to infinity
Rating: PG-13
Type: Original Fiction
Genre: Romance

Ruth Chapman, more commonly known by friends as Roo, is a young adult chasing her dreams to have her very own clothing line. Ruskin, Roo’s boyfriend also has dreams of publishing his own novel. Together, they both share a quiet and peaceful apartment away from their own failures and disappointments in hope that they will accomplish their own desires.

However, time passes by when Ruth sees herself as a wife to Ruskin and a mother to his children. But Ruskin seems to be in no hurry; there is still time for both of them to reach their own dreams. Ruskin is intent on having his own book finished and published but while that goal is as close as he thinks it is, his goal of being with Roo is suddenly deteriorating.

Flowers of Winter truly held me captivated by depicting the strong desire for Roo to be with Ruskin. Each chapter I read gives me more to look forward to in the future chapters as I feel for Roo’s sorrow. to infinity knows a lot on how to keep her readers inclined to the story and its plot by writing words that hold more meaning to the readers.

I recommend young teenagers and young adult Mibbians to read Flowers of Winter especially those who live to chase their dreams and their loved ones like Roo does.

Special thanks to tabula rasa. and everybody dies; for the edits!
