Rachel is normal. Christopher is not. Rae is graduating college. Chris just graduated from a private academy. Rachel is studying to become a therapist. Chris was trained to be an assassin. When their paths cross, their lives both change, and maybe not for the best.

Group writes are very popular among Mibbians. Whether it's with two authors or five, group stories are always fun to read and write. One perfect example of this is Brontide.

Brontide has the chapters switch between the perspectives of the two main characters Chris and Rachel. Each character is portrayed by one of the authors, giving each author a turn to tell their part of the story. This method of writing is incredibly creative and unique and illustrates different styles of story-telling that give the piece an extra dimension.

The story centers around Chris Huntington -- an assassin who comes from a rich family in the same line of work -- and Rachel Warrick, a college student in the city who came from a small family who owns a farm. Chris tries desperately to hide his identity whilst still making his father proud, whereas Rae is just trying to get by.

When Rae finds a job at the bar where Chris works, sparks begin to fly. The problem is that the more Chris becomes attached to Rae the more he puts her life in danger for his job is becoming more and more serious and he can’t stand to lose Rae, but at the same time she can’t know his secret.

Brontide is a great story of love, action, and suspense with a bit of comedy thrown in for effect. ImagineZombii and Miss Scarlett's styles meld well together - they even have a sequel in the works, which is definitely worth looking at.

Much thanks to Fandango and dougie pointer; for editing!
