Genre: Romance, Adventure, Sci-fi
Type: Original Fiction
Rating: PG-13

The zombie wasn't a monster, but a messenger with a warning for us.

A common theme for recent stories or movies have been about the end of the world, mostly by a zombie apocalypse. While most have very similar plot lines, this story--by colour me perfect. and ignite this angel.--is slightly different.

The first few chapters of the story Panacea imply that times are tough for everyone. But there is no specific reason given as to why the times are tough and what sort of “death” that lurks around every corner. In the first chapter one of the main characters, Albert, thinks about a grave mistake he made and how the city is in total chaos. But this danger that he has created is not named.

Although in the summary a zombie apocalypse is implied, it is not specified. Likewise in chapter two another main character, Will, is on the road looking for “her”. Readers do not know who this mystery woman is or why she is missing. This sense of ambiguity and suspense leaves the reader wanting more from this cowrite duo.

Suspense is such a powerful tool in making readers hungry for more and not wanting the story to end. It is very exciting to see what else these crafty authors will come up with next.

Much thanks to Airi. and dougie poynter; for editing!
