Set in a brilliantly dangerous future, Cerberi tells the story of Cassie and her struggles of being one of the city’s guardians. World War III has come and gone, the final act of the Z bomb spreading the new element Zervium around and mutating the plants and animals inhabiting the earth. These new ferocious beings are what the Cerberi must defend the remaining human civilization against, and it is definitely not an easy task.

Aside from the daunting duty of facing the dangers beyond the walls, Cassie has to deal with conflict within the group of Cerberi and the city she lives in. Her life is never dull or quiet for a moment, and picturesque descriptions from Caebeeb aid in conveying every single action, emotion, and unique setting. The writing style and the plot are very captivating, and new readers are sure to be instantly hooked!

This is a story filled with the perfect amount of action, romance and drama to satisfy any keen reader, and the dystopian setting tops it all off. Cerberi is currently seven chapters in and things are only just getting started, but judging from what has happened so far there is plenty more suspense and thrill to come!
