MM Reviews: Love Bruises

Title: Love Bruises
Author: Audrey T
Type: Fan Fiction
Genre: Romance | Drama | Drabble
Rating: PG-13

Castiel was born with a soulmate. His father is certain of this when he experiences pain and gains bruises for no reason at the tender age of five. The connection to his soulmate is not a one-off thing, and as Castiel grows up he continues to share an intimate closeness with a person he has never met before.

Love Bruises follows his journey in college where he meets the Winchester brothers. Having been accustomed to new bruises appearing often, it's a surprise when he is gifted a respite at the beginning of his third year. Castiel is grateful for something new to distract him and soon all he's focused on is his duty as a resident assistant.

Currently standing at five chapters, this cute little story is perfect for those that love the show Supernatural, and even for those who don't! Setting the story in an alternative universe allows readers who don't necessarily know who Castiel or the Winchesters are to engage with the characters and appreciate the story that Audrey T is crafting. This is a story for all who enjoy reading about characters in college, as that period of life is always a journey worth reading about.

Even if you only have five minutes to spare, Love Bruises is a story that should be checked out. Even if you're not the type who think they'll enjoy a college centric fic, you might end up surprising yourself. So give it a try and allow Audrey T to tell Castiel's story.

Special thanks to losing control and silent hearts. for editing.
