Weekly Featured Contests

In case you haven't noticed, Mibba's network has been growing wider and wider over the past couple of weeks. With six new mini-sites, and more coming, there's definitely reason to celebrate. Below you'll find new contests that share the theme of some of Mibba's newest babies. Feel free to check out the contests and the new sites.

All Time Low Songfic

King boss' new (and first) contest is pretty straightforward. Pick an All Time Low song and write a story based on it. The story can be as long as you want - but no shorter than 700 words - fan fiction or original, pre-written or created just to fit her contest and include any content you want.

To enter, just visit the contest thread - All Time Low Songfic Contest - and let her know which song you'll be working with. There's lots of time until the deadline (December 14th), so don't hesitate to join.

Avenged Sevenfold One Shot Contest

Alice in Wonderland and A7X in the same contest? Weird, but definitely interesting. In Suck My Kiss' new writing contest, Avenged in Wonderland, she asks for this unique cross-over between Lewis Caroll's beloved world and an American heavy metal band. The contest, ending on December 31st, is open to any Mibbian and to stories of all genres and rating. All you have to do is write a story that brings these two themes together.

One Direction Quote Contest

Anyone who's been on Mibba for some time knows we tend to run through fandom phases. First Green Day, then MCR, A7X, Panic! at the Disco, All Time Low, and now it seems we've reached the One Direction plateau. With the band being so huge worldwide and new singles dropping frequently, it's really no surprise. And with the launch of Mibba's new mini-site, Harry Styles Fan fiction, we can definitely expect more.

MissParanoid's writing contest One Direction Quote Contest combines the boys of 1D with her favorite (non-One Direction related) quotes. To enter, just pick a band member and a letter, and MissParanoid will give you your quote. If you're interested, be sure to head over to the contest thread quickly, the deadline to enter is soon approaching.
