Feminist Story Contest

It's no secret that Mibba is dominated by females and that males (including the site's creator!) make up a small number of users. So a contest that focuses solely on the empowerment of women is one that many should enjoy thanks to Jamboree

The Feminist Story Contest is one that asks users to write a pro-woman story which could mean anything from writing about a heroine with superpowers to a girl fighting back against misogyny. With the theme only being stated to be one that is either feminist or pro-women, users have a vast amount of freedom with what their entry can turn out to be. After all, female strength can be shown in many, many ways.

The Stories Behind Snapchats

Snapchat is an app that allows people to send a quick photo to their friend and have it disappear after seconds, only being able to be seen again if the person who received it screenshots it. So a contest that has users writing an entry that's inspired by a snap is a bit strange, don't you think?

Well, it's certainly not strange to pallid! Her The Stories Behind Snapchats contest provides a list of several different snaps that users can pick between and write an entry that is inspired by that picture. As only two contestants can enter using the same snap, users are encouraged to check out this contest as soon as possible in order to snag the picture that inspires them the most. As it's down to the individual's interpretation of the picture, the entries are sure to be entirely diverse.
