Writing With: lovely youth

lovely youth is a wonderful writer who has a wide variety of stories, from fan fictions to originals. Her unique writing voice and ability to set a scene make her a stand-up writer with a lot to offer Mibba. A Kind of Contradiction and Worthy to Think the World Of are just two of her wonderful stories.

A Kind of Contradiction is an outstanding original fiction about a young girl who is trying to become the person that she knows she is meant to be.

"A Kind of Contradiction started out as a side project that I wasn't going to post online. A lot of the plot and conversations within it can be seen in some of my other stories, because I used it as a sort of testing ground. The story grew by itself, and although I still use ideas for my other stories in it, I think it's become its own entity. I'm glad I decided to put it up, because the reception has been amazing so far. It's the best feeling when other people are enjoying your story as much as you love to write it." - Lou

Worthy to Think the World Of is a revamp of one of Lou's older stories. It is a great coming-of-age story that is a great example of what her romantic fiction has to offer.

"I first wrote Worthy to Think the World Of ages ago. Somewhere in the first 15 chapters I lost my motivation and stopped posting. But earlier this year I opened up the file on my computer and read through what I'd written as a less experienced writer and thought: 'Hey. I could turn this into something really good.' The fact that some of the readers of the original are sticking through this reboot is incredibly heartwarming." - Lou

In her time on Mibba, Lou has made many friends that have helped her grow as both a writer and a person.

"I've been on Mibba for something like 3 years now. In that time my tastes and writing style have changed completely, and I feel like Mibba has grown up with me too. If I hadn't started posting stories on here, I don't know that I would've continued writing with as much enthusiasm and commitment that I do today." - Lou
