Fan Fiction of the Week: The Anarchist's Heart

The Anarchist's Heart is a wonderful fan fiction that takes place in the world of Sons of Anarchy. In this edition of Fan Fiction of the Week, we take a closer look at this amazing work.

Give us a brief summary of The Anarchist's Heart.

The story follows the life of Elizabeth Stone, who grew up in Charming, California. What started out as an innocent childhood friendship with a lonely little boy named Jax Teller blossomed into a wild romance that went up in flames when Jax joined the dark motorcycle club, better known as the Sons of Anarchy. Vowing to never come back, Ella leaves Charming and Jax behind. Even years later, her past comes back to haunt her. The Reaper of SAMCRO casts a dark shadow and has a tight grip, and if Ella isn't careful, it may just be the end of her.

What inspired you to write The Anarchist's Heart?

My older sister wouldn't stop talking about Sons of Anarchy and telling me to watch it, so I did, and it became one of my favourites! Right now the show is in between seasons and I've been suffering withdrawals, so that's why I wrote this little tale.

How long have you been working on this story?

About 2-3 months now.

What is your favorite thing about writing The Anarchist's Heart?

Definitely building the outline. I have some great ideas planned out for this story and I keep getting more! I'm really excited about it.

What is the most challenging thing about writing it?

Sometimes I feel like my writing falls flat and becomes boring with this story. So it's constantly in the back of my mind to keep it exciting and intriguing and to make Ella's voice one worth listening to.

Have you ever experienced writer's block with this story? If so, how did you overcome it?

No I haven't, surprisingly. I usually get it once or twice with my stories, but I've got a pretty decent outline for this one so I think that's helping.

Do you write with an outline, or just wing it?

I sure do!

Do you have any pre/post writing rituals?

I listen to music kind of relating to the story and it really inspires me and gets me in the right frame of mind.

Is there anything you would like to say to your readers?

Just a big thank you for choosing to read and subscribe. It means so much to me. I want to hear your feedback, because that's what will keep this story going!

Special thanks to elixir, poison and blood and nearly witches. for editing!
