Give us a brief summary of Sealed With a Kiss.

Sealed With a Kiss is about a girl who pretends to be a boy in order to fulfill her brother’s dream of becoming a professional musician.

What inspired you to write Sealed With a Kiss?

My inspiration for this story came from a movie that I watched when I was little called She’s the Man. I changed it up a bit, though! My sister, Katillac on Mibba, helped me out with a lot of it, too.

How long have you been working on this story?

I have been working on this story since the beginning of November.

What is your favorite thing about writing Sealed With a Kiss?

My favorite things about writing this would have to be writing about a girl pretending to be a guy. It’s rather difficult, but very fun to do. I also love doing cliffhangers.

What is the most challenging thing about writing it?

The most challenging thing to do while writing this is coming up with interesting situations that happen in the story. I always try to keep my reader on the edge of their seat, wanting to read more, and to do so, I have to make my story fun and write something that they’d actually want reading.

Have you ever experienced writer's block with this story? If so, how did you overcome it?

Yes, many times! I usually overcome my writer’s block by watching some show, usuallyTeen Wolf or I Love Lucy, to help me get my creative juices flowing!

Do you write with an outline or do you just wing it?

I literally am just winging it. In the beginning, I figure out the basic plot and the characters, and just took off writing! I’m writing this story for NaNoWriMo, so I didn’t have much time to write out an actual outline.

Do you have any pre/post writing rituals?

I can’t really think of any, no. I do listen to music when I write, only because it helps me concentrate. I have a certain word count to meet for NaNoWriMo, so typically I won’t let myself watch any television or hang out with any of my friends until I meet my word count.

Is there anything you would like to say to your readers?

I want to say thank you to my readers for reading my story! I really appreciate the support, and I hope you keep reading!

Special thanks to Audrey T., la melancolique and silent hearts. for editing!
