Josie ~ sixteen ~ British

According to my school friends, I’m kind, quiet, and I like strange music. I’m hoping the first one’s true; I agree with the second one to a certain extent, and yes, I probably do listen to most people's definition of ‘strange’ music. Some of my favourite bands include Within Temptation, Amaranthe, 30 Seconds to Mars, Sonic Syndicate, Rise Against, Evanescence, Nightwish, The Unguided, Angels and Airwaves, and Muse.

Other than that, I guess I’m just your average stubborn, contradictive, sometimes lonely, escapist girl who’s living in a country that she dislikes, and is biding her time until she can move far away. I’m a Scorpio, born on November 9th, with big dreams for my future, and a somewhat idealistic nature. I’ve written for as long as I can remember, and I definitely spend too much time listening to music and surfing the internet. I have irrational fears of spiders, syringes and being followed up stairs, and a slightly twisted fascination with anything medical. I write about things that scare me, and I often get scared by my writing. I’m a left-hander, though I play some sports with my right hand, and I consider myself a generally creative person. I have an obsessive nature, I’m cautious about trusting people, and I get excited by the most ridiculous things, such as the number 222, the word ‘hurricane’ and European accents. In ten years' time, you will either find me singing in a band, publishing a series of books, or leading a revolution. I'm not really one for an ordinary life, you see.
